Disappointing Experience at Target Granada Hills
I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service I received at the Granada Hills Target location. I encountered a manager whose attitude was not only unprofessional but outright rude. Instead of offering assistance or resolving the issue at hand, they spoke with condescension and an unnecessary tone of hostility.
As a long-time Target customer, I expect respectful and courteous service, especially from someone in a managerial role. This experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued, and it’s unacceptable for any customer to be treated this way.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of respectful communication and professional conduct within your team.

Very nice store. Well stocked and nice associates to help you. Cashiers or self checkout are usually available and there is always plenty of parking

Don’t ever call them. None of the departments answer. I tried calling on 6/11/25. The phone rung forever. I tried all the options, excerpt Spanish and no one answered.

Only one register is open. No one is available to unlock knives set.
I had frigerated food and can't wait for someone to come and unlock it. The team member didn't have access to it and wanted me to head to ulta to get someone to unlock the item. What an inconvenience.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Target in Granada Hills on Balboa regarding missing items from my purchase. After contacting the store to inquire about resolving the issue, the personnel I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of being sympathetic and helpful, they abruptly insisted on the receipt (which I would have happily provided) and checking security cameras (which I was completely was okay with) she immediately hung up before I could discuss any further.
This interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Customer service should prioritize empathy and problem-solving, especially in situations like this. I hope Target can improve its customer service training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and receive the support they deserve.
