If you're going to make the self check out 10 items or less then open up more than two registers. Been in line for 20 minutes. This is insane

I understand the reviews now. It's simple. Don't offer features designed for convenience that aren't convenient. Drive up used to be a blessing. Now a days I want to rip my f-ing hair out from how LONG the wait is. I just came from Lowe's where I picked up a 4 foot by 8 foot sheet of drywall, 5 pieces of wood 8 feet in length and they were walking outside of their store before I even got to my tailgate. There is ZERO upside to ordering drive up at Target with this kind of service.

I will say yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had at any target . My mom had simply gone to get AirPods with the target circle deal going on . As we asked for help a women with glasses approached us with a horrible attitude. My mom continued to be nice my mom asked for a price match and the lady began to raise a tone and say that she didn't know if that could be done my mom again showed her the phone and she did it to not deal with my mom as we were almost walking away she and another customer began talking and disrespecting my mom as me and my mom heard we asked to speak to the manger and both ladies began to laugh and call my mom names and which created a huge altercation all over a worker with a huge attitude who wasn't having a good day as soon as her supervisor arrived she then tried to act innocent and nice why couldn't she do that since the beginning! As for now yes we will continue to shop since it's our nearest location but we will now know what kind of worker work there I don't blame all workers cause others are very nice but that lady should be removed cause seems she has no good customer service.

This Target continues to be a detriment to the neighborhood. Street racers congregate there, working on cars, buying and selling cars, and causing mayhem and noise in the neighborhood. The management at this Target REFUSES to do anything about it. They will not kick the offenders out or to take basic steps to secure their parking lot after hours. I spoke in person with 2 LAPD officers who were called out for a large gathering of racers in this parking lot. The LAPD officers confirmed that the responsibility is solely on Target security to deal with trespassers. This has gone one for ridiculuously long. It is a neighborhood safety issue. Target management needs to step up their game, step up security, and stop blaming "corporate."

For discount retailers Target tops the list for me. You can find some great deals, the stores have really been updated and are very clean and nice with some up and coming brands and ones you love. I always find it strange when I see low reviews of these kinds of stores. What do people need, nice big clean stores, tons of selection, can get pretty much everything you may need in 1 stop, convenient, many locations, good value for your dollars. They have even started carrying fresh flowers, at least In this store. They have a Starbucks as well, as most do these days. I do think not having the food court in most locations these days is a miss, but all in all, always a good experience. I can go on and on. As far as service, I guess the only interaction I had was at self checkout, the person there was very nice. Other than that, did not need any assistance. I prefer it that way anyway. Enjoy!

Target is starting to remind me of Walmart at this point. I shopped today bought everything I needed spending so much money and I even went to the regular checkout not the self and the security gentleman asked to see our receipt rudely. I don't even feel comfortable to shop anymore at this location. I see a lot of other reviews as well talking about the security, target please don't turn into Walmart with your customer service.

Again I left the store w/o a purchase because of the long lines at check out. The self check seems to have been permanently closed as it is currently never opened in the morning before noon. The cashiers I have encountered have been unreasonably rude or disconnected. The values at this store (if there are any) are not worth the effort. The management needs to walk across the street and just copy Trader Joe's service and friendly helpful cashiers. This isn't brain surgery.

Curbside order pick up is great. I'm a disabled person and can't shop in store. This is a great offer to be able to shop. You just need the Target App for these options.

On Feb 22 2024 I was followed by two male Target employees. First male was around 5'5" thin buzz- cut, wearing a cap , and I observed him following me when I was near the Chip and Joanna home goods products. I looked at him in an attempt to communicate "I know you're following me. I don't like it and I don't feel comfortable" but I guess he thought "Ohhh, she looked at me. She must be up to something ". I noted a second male wearing the security shirt and dark pants that Target security normally wears and he too was following me. After using the self check out to purchase shampoo and paper plates, the second male glared at me as I walked out. One minute later I observed the second male follow me outside as if to try to get a look at my car or get my license plate and I took video of him. I left but decided to return to purchase a book and verify whether or not I was being followed. Upon entering the same Target, I observed the heavier set male first and he saw me. I turned right and I observed the first male who has a thinner built and he observed me. I walked past him in an attempt to read his name tag. I continued walking to the back to select a book and minutes later the heavier set male was upon me. I stopped him and asked "Are you following me? Because when I was here earlier it was obvious you were following me. I'm here to shop. I'm a teacher and you following me is not a good look for my line of profession" to which he nervously laughed, said no, looked down and walked away. I do not feel safe or comfortable going to my local Target, shopping, while not engaging in any activity that could possibly garner any type of suspicion, and being followed as if I were a criminal. Target needs to do a far better job training their security to learn how to get a better read on individuals because a woman walking with purpose and confidence does not indicate she's up to illegal activity.

They do not accept cat & jack returns after 6 months unlike most Target stores. I was just informed they stopped this policy - so if you have your baby or toddler clothes you can't return them here unless it's been the usual amount of days for the regular policy.

Well well well, the security guard feels entitled to approach me while leaving and has the audacity to tell me "So you think you're fucking cool" because I'm a performance technician for cars and drive a fixed up car. Now, ZERO professionalism and personally will keep shopping and checking in with the same guy until he fixes his attitude towards others, especially a PAYING SHOPPER, GO DEAL WITH THEFTS. Literally got me angry on a Sunday just shopping for deodorant. If you can just avoid the security guard

With the advent of several delivery services, you rarely see me going to a store to pick up anything. However, once in a blue moon, I am on the hook, to pick up an online order (for a family member) from a nearby store. That is what brought me to Target. The location in Granada Hills (on Balboa) is easy to get in and out of the store. There is a dedicated section for pick up orders and there are personnel waiting to move the line. The transaction is swift and seamless. They scan your pick up bar code, disappear for a very brief time and reappear quickly, with your bag in hand. And you are good to go and be on your way. Service was excellent.

Easy in and out shopping. First time at this location. It’s huge and well maintained meaning clean and well stocked.
