My two dogs have been going here for many years but last time they went my chichua back was burnt and his hair at his lower back got into a matted hard mess. He was in a lot of discomfort and I tried to figure out what is wrong with him. To cut a long story short I called the groomer to tell her that I should have been informed what had happened; she was not apologetic rather she said maybe he got a chemical burn I said only on one portion of the back. She had no answer and no apology.

Love the Owner! She truly cares about her clients fur babies. Only wants the best as if they were her own.Most importantly is honesty. Grooming sees everything about your fur baby that allot of pet owners "don't see".Hazel will let you know the why & how. If your pet needs something you aren't aware of, you weren't expecting, then it was necessary.She puts the animals needs first.Always treated my seniors, my trouble makers & my lovers with kindness.

I stopped by at 1st just to get my girls nails trimmed but talked to the girl at the desk and decided to get a bunch of stuff done only bad part they were pretty busy and I had to wait about a week not a big deal though I'm so glad I did they are by far the absolute best my pup got a shampoo, haircut , nails trimmed and they did a few other things don't remember what but it was way less then what Petco charged just for a shampoo and I guess you can kinda call it a haircut I mean I guess they did cut some hair off but not much they weren't bad but not even close to how good this place is .... I'm so glad I found this place they were super fast I was told it would take between 2-3 then 2 hours and I got a text telling me she would be ready in 10 mins went to pick her up and one of the girls there was sitting on a chair with her chillin petting her and told me she was just to cute to put back in a cage .... Now that's just awesome !!! They did a amazing job nails are trimmed perfectly unlike other places they didn't cut em to short and hurt my pup ....they got rid of the idk what it's called but it's like a clump of stuff under eye from me not knowing im supposed to wipe under her eyes to get rid of tear marks and stop it from getting bad and clumping up but they told me what to do and now she don't have that issue any more and the big thing her hair cut I kinda wanted a lil different look but I knew it probably wasn't possible her hair is still kinda short for how I want it so they said they would try and they did kinda but luckily they are way more knowledgeable and know what will look good and they did a great job it looks amazing I couldn't be happier every where I go everyone says shes just the cutest pup she gets so many compliments its crazy i cant say enough great things from now on its the only place i take her its hard to find places that do quality work for a good price and you can tell actually care about what they do .... If that's what your lookin for this is definitely the place !!!!

We have been taking our Mini Schnauzer, Zuko, there for about 2 years, ever since he was a 16 week old pup. What made me choose them over anyone else was that they didn't let me take him until he had his full vaccines while the other grooming places didn't care. His cuts were perfect! We were taking him every 2 months or less and the service was amazing. Little by little that started to change. It used to feel like they were happy to talk to you and see your pup. Now you call for an appointment, or walk into the salon and you are greeted with an attitude. We didn't mind it at first because Zuko came home looking handsome with his Schnauzer cut. Then one time he had a lot of mats and they encouraged us to shave him and let his coat grow back and to comb him more often. We were okay with that and began to comb him at night. When his hair grew back, we took him for another Schnauzer cut and we were told that he was matted and that we should shave him again. We were confused but we were okay with it. This happened one more time. Finally, we were sure we were taking him without mats or knots and we were excited to see him in a Schnauzer cut. Midway through his appointment we received a message saying they would cut his hair a little shorter (without explanation). We gave them the benefit of the doubt because we have trusted them with our pup for so long so we said "that's okay but not too short." (We want his Schnauzer cut!) The next message we received was "we will TRY to not go too short." Only to pick up Zuko fully shaven again.I don't understand what happened! I have spoken to Hazel over the phone a few times and she is so sweet! I don't know if it's new staff or if they don't care anymore. We don't want to switch groomers because we want to stay loyal but we are frustrated.

First time here and they did an Amazing job! Here's a before and after of my BoBo He looks as handsome as ever!! I requested some details like not cutting his eyelashes and others and they listened to every request! I'm very satisfied and he's as handsome as ever!

I was referred here for my snappy Jackapoo. And I have to say they have been so patient and caring with my little feisty guy. I also bring my Maltepoo but she's easy going. Every time I picked them up my fur babies are happy, which makes me happy. Unfortunately, I moved further away from them and miss them. I have to make an appointment soon even if it means taking time off of work. Thank you Hazel and the rest of your Tender Touch Team for loving up on my two four legged babies. You are appreciated.

Thank you Tender Touch for this amazing summer cut for Lulu. She looks so good and I know she feels good too! I asked them to cut it short and to give her a mohawk and they did what I asked! I even wanted to color her Mohawk and they were able to color her mohawk for an extra fee but it was so worth it. I'll definitely be back to take my dog here once her hair grows out.

We've been bringing our dogs here for years, great staff and great owner we have some rescue dogs that have PTSD from what they went through and we have no problems at all, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
