I came to this store yesterday to send a package oversees. In short, this store did everything to my liking (especially the customer service). Another store (I used to do business at) lost me as a customer and now I will be going to this store from now on. It's not too hard to make customers happy, and this store figured it out. Kudos!

I just had my second experience with Paul and his customer service is so poor, he truly does not make me want to be a committed customer even though this is the closest location to my house. I came in today hoping he wouldn't be helping me, and if he were, that I'd have a better experience. Unfortunately, he made this experience just as unpleasant as my last. Won't be coming back to this location anymore.

Sent a $300 item, but I didn't take the receipt (which was my mistake). Four days later, I noticed that the UPS app says that the package hasn't been dropped off. Went to the store to verify, and the girl who works there immediately started denying everything and kept saying that she was the only girl who worked that day, and she doesn't remember me (I was there, and she was the one who helped me. That's proven now). She kept saying that she doesn't remember me as if I was a liar, making me feel like it's all my fault instead of trying to help. I've been a customer of this store for a long time, but accusing customers instead of helping them is bottom-of-the barrel customer service. Did not expect that treatment. Especially with the big "New ownership" sign in front of it. These employees need proper customer service training.P.S. She eventually told me to go to the other store on a different day to see the owners, who might help me better. That's also not good customer service. What I expected to happen was for her to take my phone number (which I actually suggested her to do, but she brushed it off), reassure me that they would take care of it, and call me back with the resolution. It's not my job to drive around looking for owners and managers. I'm already at the store.Leaving it at one star until the employees go above and beyond in my future visits.

The best customer service ever - seriously the nicest staff they're always so patient with me and so kind. Sometimes the line is pretty long but they are really efficient and reliable so I don't mind.

I went to your store this past Sunday and Jay helped me. He has a great sense of humor and so friendly. I needed a marketing piece for my business and he informed me that Dev could help me and gave me the best times to reach Dev all week.I came back to the store on Monday and Dev was there and he was awesome too. This store is so convenient to do your returns or shipping postal. The employees are very nice and immediately greet you as you walk in, the customer service is great! Dulce was so helpful when processing my return, it was super easy and she was very informative on telling me how my return works. When you do your returns at UPS you get a coupon along with your transaction receipt!! Thank you!!

The best UPS store! In Granada Hills on Devonshire is a little gem of great service and pleasant staff who are competent and caring. I will be back.

Always quick and easy to get in and out. Parking lot can get full. The store has a few designated spaces just for them. Super helpful. In a strip mall so you can pick up food at the same time. Never crowded. Use this store for Amazon returns. Perfect for me.

Thank you Erika! I've been coming here for 4 years now and today you helped me when I was in a pickle. I was supposed to take a picture of the label for a PayPal dispute and I realized when I was already home, hours later. I called in and Erika dug through piles of boxes to find mind and personally send me a picture of the label for my claim. I really appreciate your service! Thank you again.

Amazing service I went tonight around 6pm and was greeted by Candy and Erica they were so sweet and provided the best customer service. I had an error on my package and Erica said that she remembered that a package came in that would be sent back she said to hold off and I came in and she had it for me I am so happy she did not send it back. Please use this store they are the best thank you Erica & Candy!!!

I wish i could give this place zero stars. I had an appointment to have a time sensitive document notarized, was given an appt and even emailed a reminder about my appointment the day before but when i arrived i was told the notary wasn't available for a personal matter, understandable, but the notary told their staff not to worry about it cause they had no appointments anyways. I have the confirmation number to prove otherwise. 0/0. If you have notary needs, go elsewhere. Keep in mind i work Monday through Friday 9-5 so i was very happy to find a place willing to take me on the weekend, much to my surprise they forgot about my appointment. Very unprofessional.

Zero stars, actually. The guy who works here is not helpful at all! Horrible customer service and very disrespectful. Don't come here unless you want to be yelled at for asking a simple question about a package. He doesn't care about anything or anyone.

Don't use this location, they lose your package. It's a shame coz it so convenient to where I live. It doesn't hurt to be nicer to customers.
