They will make you to schedule an appointment even if there’s nobody there, no customers. And then they will cancel that appointment 30 mins before. Just go to chase across the street.

I opened a new account with Rene Amaya on 5/19/2023. I went to US bank with a US bank check from the Porter Ranch Gas link settlement, which was a nice lump sum.On 5/25/2023 my card was declined and I could not zelle money from my US bank account. So I called Rene the banker that opened my new account at US bank on 5/26/2023 and told Rene I was not able to get money or purchases. He was not kind to a customer concerned about new account, and had many excuses with no solutions. . Rene was telling me if I was not happy with US bank he will closed my account and give me a cashiers check, Rene then hung up the phone. I called back to speak with Ryan, the branch manager and he demanded that I listen to him and said my account was under fraud investigation, which was a lie.I then called the customer service line and made a formal complaint about Rene and Ryan bullying, manipulating, threat, and creating a hostile environment for a new customer. The customer service rep said my account was not under fraud investigation, they just wanted my address verification to match my ID, so I went to the DMV on 5/26/2023 and updated my address.Today, 5/30/2023 I went to give a copy to the teller Richard, and Ryan, branch manager came to the window to talk to me and i told Ryan I have nothing to say to him and he then demanded I leave. I was being helped by Richard updating and verifying my new address. But Ryan keep standing talking to me. There was nothing to be said, so Ryan was bullying Richard to give me back my documents due to I told Ryan I don't want to have any conversations with him, I did not trust his character at this point. This Bank need to find a manager that are customer liking and approachable. Ryan and Rene bully the customers.A formal complaint has been made and I am getting an attorney to have the voice recorded conversation court ordered to upper management, so US bank can listen to how Ryan, Branch Manager and Rene, banker talks to the concerned client.

I opened a new account with Rene amaya on 5/19/2023. I went to US bank with a US bank check from the Porter Ranch Gas Link settlement, which was a nice lump sum. On 5/25/2023 my card was declined for purchases and I could not zelle money from US bank to my other account at chase. So I call US bank on 5/26/2023 to tell Rene my concerns not able to access my funds. Renee was not nice and actually bullied me about nit listening to his excuses and not a solution. Renee said if you are not happy with US bank I will close your account and hung up the phone.I then called back to speak to Ryan, Branch manager and he demanded Iisten to him, instead of him listening to the customer concerns for the funds in my account. Ryan then says "Your account is under ingestion for fraud" which was a lie and why tell a customer that? And Ryan hung up the phone. I then call customer service to make a formal complaint. The customer service rep stated my account was Not under investigation of fraud, they just needed proof of address being it was different on my ID, I went to the DMV got my address updated.Today 5/30/2023 I took the proof of updated address to the bank as Richard was helping me. But Ryan came to the window and started talking to me about conversation on phone on 5/26/2023. I told Ryan, Branch manager I was being helped by Richard and I had nothing to discuss with Ryan, branch manager, he then told me are not going to help you. Due that fact I did not want or need to talk with Ryan as Richard was helping. And due to me not wanting to talk to Ryan the stated you are now trespassing, as that are holding thousands of my money. Worst customer service ever at a bank, I was frustrated about not being able to access my money since 5/19/2023. US bank need to evaluate this incident as I am following up with the form compliant.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life at a bank! I had a SCHEDULED appointment to open up a new business account. I waited 15 minutes for a teller and upon getting there, I was informed that the person that I was scheduled to meet, went away to an emergency meeting. NO NOTIFICATION PRIOR, so I wouldn't waste my time to come it!When I saw the teller, she did NOT want to help me out, because open a new account takes too long and there was a line. HORRIBLE! I also waited in the line...so much for respect! Well, I stay put and said I am not moving until my account is opened. So, she begrudgingly helps me out; all the while loosing my trust super fast. In the process of trying to help me out, there was some hurdles to jump over (not on my end, because I had ALL my documentations to open up my business account). The teller then refers me over to the other teller to handle it...I think the other teller has more seniority. Then, this teller attempts to do, but then says that I will have to come back tomorrow, because they are "short staffed and there is a line." I tell her that I do NOT want to come back, because I had an appointment that day + I was signing up for an offer that was expiring the next day.So then, she is trying to schedule me another appointment on the phone with customer service and I decided NOT to do business with this bank...banking with customers is build on trust! US Bank lost my trust!HORRIBLE tellers...no respect, no professionalism!

One of the male bankers here ( beard and gelled hair ) has no etiquette. I come here quite often in which he helps me out everytime... it’s very important to treat customers with the same respect you’d want especially when in charge of money. Also, know your customers. This man acted like I wasn’t a US Bank customer after I repeated myself four times. There is also an appropriate way you call attention to customers and verify information.

Today I was helped by Richard and honestly this is probably going to be the only location I bank at. They treat you like a human and exceptional customer service. He also helped me learn more about the products they offer that I realized other banks don't offer.

I've been doing business at this branch for about 5 years. Recently, I found out there had been several maintenance fee deductions even though I qualified for free checking because of my direct deposit. When I asked them about it, they looked into it but could only go back 90 days. They said they'd credit the fees, but never did so I contacted customer care via the website. They told me that I went from "Easy Basic Checking" to "Silver Checking" but couldn't tell me when, and I never switched this over. They also couldn't go back more than 90 days but they did issue 3 refunds. Today I went online and found out another maintenance fee was applied. I never switched to Silver Checking, and as a matter of fact, when I went on the US Bank website it stated "as of February 11, 2019 Silver Checking is no longer available." Nobody can tell me why my account was switched, nobody can tell me when it was switched, and I don't know why anyone would switch from an Easy Basic Checking account to a silver account in order to pay fees. I'm pretty sure if I file a complaint the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau they can tell me everything because I'm not getting any answers from US Bank since they "can only go back 90 days." This is looking a lot like the Wells Fargo account fraud scandal: "In September 2016, Wells Fargo announced that it would pay $185 million to settle a lawsuit filed by regulators and the city and county of Los Angeles, admitting that employees had opened as many as 2 million accounts without customer authorization over a five-year period." Looks and sounds familiar doesn't it? I found these charges out when I was researching a disputed charge through a merchant. I contacted US Bank Customer Care through a letter, and when it was never replied to, I went into this branch and submitted the request again. It was denied because they "were unable to get a refund from the merchant." When I contacted customer care a third time, they apologized that I didn't receive a letter. Two attempts to resolve this through the merchant failed. Two visits to US Bank accomplished nothing. A written letter to US Bank was ignored. Because of US Bank's apparent fraud, with lack of concern for customer care, and incompetence of following through with legitimate concerns and questions... I will be closing my accounts, as well as my wife's accounts once the direct deposit goes through to our new financial institution. So, if anyone else has noticed this on their account, please feel free to contact me and we'll file formal complaints.
