Review for Deana
We have visited this store previously but our last visit left a great impression. Deana was the rep helping us with our phone upgrades and she went above and beyond in assisting us. From the first interaction, she understood the urgency of matter and professionally handled the entire process until closing time. Thanks for the great service and willingness to help.

switched from AT&T Prepaid to Verizon, and the whole process was a mess. My number ended up in limbo—basically “floating”—because the transfer wasn’t completed properly by the Verizon associate. I explained several times that I was locked out of my old AT&T account and couldn’t access the transfer PIN, but no one helped me resolve it.
Even after reaching out to this Verizon store various times, I wasn’t offered any, in-store support . I had no working service for almost a week and had to troubleshoot everything on my own. Especially the lack of support in transferring my phone number over was a total mess . I eventually gave up and created a new AT&T account just to get back up and running. For a major carrier, the lack of care and follow-through was incredibly frustrating.

On May 9th, I purchased a new line and phone from thai store. Gerson, the employee assisting me, gave me the phone. However, on my way home, I received a text from Gerson informing me that he had mistakenly given me the wrong phone, which was already attached to another customer.
I agreed to return the phone for the correct one the following day. On my way to the Verizon store, I received another text from Gerson stating that he had resolved the issue and I could keep the phone. However, an hour later, he texted me again, informing me that he couldn’t fix it and that I had to return the phone. At this point, I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the absurdity of the situation.
Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I canceled the new number and the entire transaction. On May 10th, I visited the store and requested to cancel the line. I returned the phone and left the store.
Ten days later, I discovered that I was still being charged for the phone that I had personally returned to Gerson. I tried calling and texting him, but I received no response. When I visited the store again, I learned that they had no manager and that they were not a direct Verizon store. Instead, they were a third-party service provider.
At this point, I decided to involve the actual Verizon and FCC. They conducted an investigation and found that Gerson had committed fraud. They believed that Gerson had kept the phone for himself and had charged my account for it.
The experience at that store was truly terrible, and I had no confidence in their customer service. I strongly advise anyone who is considering purchasing a phone from that store to avoid it.

I came here and was told that I'll get help in about 10 minutes. After waiting for one hour, the representative approached me and said that she had to advise me that if I go to a nearby other location, they should be able to help me!!
Like what does that mean?! Horrible experience!!

Rip off Never come to Verizon. 66 dollars for one little screen protector and the taxes are high and if you trade in your phone even if you come back within 24 hours because you changed your mind they will tell you they don’t have your phone and it got shipped out already headed to the headquarters in North Carolina, And you have to pay a “stocking fee” of 50 bucks if your even able to return something and get money back you won’t get your whole refund back, it costs 50 bucks to get a refund, you have to come in the store if there is an issue believe me it’s not worth it, it’s too expensive and a headache.

Actually had a great experience at this store today. I was upgrading to an iPhone 15 and passing on my iPhone 13 to my daughter. An employee named Kayden helped us not only with the new phone and some accessories, but helped us transfer and activate both phones. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient with us. Truly one of the most refreshing experiences I’ve had with customer service in a long time.

Terrible support, limited inventory, just hand you off to phone support overseas and run in circles until you give up on the process and buy something new. Should be illegal to operate businesses like this.
Jeremy was great, but limited in how much he could help.

Kalen Tribble did an excellent job helping me transfer my phone to a new one and helping me reduce my monthly bill by applying discounts for me. He is friendly and knowledgeable, an asset to any business.

This store has friendly staff but a lot of issues during my experience. I had the assistance of Jeremy, he was knowledgeable and very informative. He was training a newer employee who was not quite so knowledgeable. I was surprising my wife with a phone as a present for our anniversary. Jeremy made sure to make notes of that but the newer employee called my wife and told her that the new phone was ready for pick up and ruined it.
I went to pick up the phone the following day. The sign said 10 am open. I was patiently waiting until 11:10am. Then I made calls to the other stores (they were open). They said they couldn't help and when an employee arrived he stated that the manager messed up on the schedule.
I originally gave a lower review, but revised it after the store and it's leadership made serious strides to improve after these problems were mentioned. Louis Tyler was prompt with a follow up for customer satisfaction and really gained my respect/business. He was straight forward, address my concerns, and worked toward changing my mind. I wouldn't have come back again if he wasn't part of the equation.
Joseph and Louis were professional and did their best to improve poor circumstances. I respect their dedication and would recommend this location. My luck was poor, but this team really works hard for their customers.
