This store has friendly staff but a lot of issues during my experience. I had the assistance of Jeremy, he was knowledgeable and very informative. He was training a newer employee who was not quite so knowledgeable. I was surprising my wife with a phone as a present for our anniversary. Jeremy made sure to make notes of that but the newer employee called my wife and told her that the new phone was ready for pick up and ruined it. I went to pick up the phone the following day. The sign said 10 am open. I was patiently waiting until 11:10am. Then I made calls to the other stores (they were open). They said they couldn't help and when an employee arrived he stated that the manager messed up on the schedule. I originally gave a lower review, but revised it after the store and it's leadership made serious strides to improve after these problems were mentioned. Louis Tyler was prompt with a follow up for customer satisfaction and really gained my respect/business. He was straight forward, address my concerns, and worked toward changing my mind. I wouldn't have come back again if he wasn't part of the equation. Joseph and Louis were professional and did their best to improve poor circumstances. I respect their dedication and would recommend this location. My luck was poor, but this team really works hard for their customers.

Great customer service. Stephanie was very helpful and made me aware of promotions available. Very helpful on upgrading my phone. Definitely going to her again.

wa lied to by salesman Jeremey c was told I will be getting free iPhone 15 just so he could get his commission Verizon customer support and store manager Zach have done nothing about it only telling me more lies and false promises don't do business with these guys they are crooks and im sure I'm not the only one they have done this to worst way to treat new customers I would give negative stars if I could!

Unequivocally the BEST Verizon in the valley! Jeremy, Stephanie, and Dan were incredibly thorough and competent in their service! They helped upgrade my home internet service saving me $600 from spectrum. Not only upgraded my internet service but also upgraded my cell phone plan for cheaper!

Was extremely disappointed that this Verizon is not an official retail but a 3rd party service provider. I came in because I wanted to add something to my bill and they said they couldn’t do it bc it’s not corporate ? staff me ever gave me good customer service though.

Was helped by Twiddle Dee and Twiddle D**** Two idiots that do the work of one man. After waiting for 30 minutes I was told to go to another store. Took 2 minutes to help me there. Stay away from this place if they are helping someone already. Like being at the DMV.

I had a great experience at the Verizon Granada Hills location. Stephanie provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. I was amazed to see her react calmly and efficiently to a long list of potential customers. I needed to switch carriers, port my cell # and purchase two new phones. Stephanie was the only employee in the store however she moved through the process without missing a step. Thank you Stephanie!
