“VCA Chatoak really cares about your dog, but it is so difficult to get an appointment because they book up. Even urgent walk-ins might be turned sway unless they are serious emergencies. When you do get an appointment, they are thorough, helpful, and compassionate. They are quick to refill pet meds and are helpful. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable.”
“Dr. Igor Arzumanian has been one of the best vets my dogs had. Even though we moved far we always try to make an appointment there. He is always so compassionate and detailed to telling you what you need for your pet. Wish there were more vets like him up here in the bay area.”

“First of all - Dr. Franke is a GOD!!! He has unbelievable patience and kindness, in addition to being an extremely skilled surgeon and a wonderful vet. I would trust him with my life. He is willing to take as much time as necessary to make sure you understand exactly what the issue is and how he will resolve it. Also, there is a front desk staff member named Jessica. Staff do not wear name tags here, but she has super short black hair and the cutest big dimples - which she flashes often! If you are lucky enough to have her help you check in, you will have a fantastic day! Thank you North Valley Veterinary Clinic for having Dr. Franke as a vet. He provides not only first-class animal care but also gives hope and comfort to the animal owners. BEST VET EVER!!!!!”
“My dog Indi has IMHA and so unfortunately we’re frequent fliers here. Every single person in this office, from the vets, to the front office staff, is exceptionally kind and goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to keep my dog alive. Despite all of the scary stuff that has happened to my dog, he genuinely seems to understand that everyone here cares about him and helps him. So even when he feels terrible, he still has a little butt wiggle when we go in. Rather than feeling scared, he trusts them to make him feel better.
