I spoke with Shawn/Sean, the owner, who was wonderfully knowledgeable and kind in his approach. Shawn/Sean helped me understand what the options were and took the time to walk me through the differences between the available products. “I was on this plaza grabbing brunch with my wife at a place near this GNC store. She wanted to go shop at Sephora in the same plaza so I came to GNC to get a ZOA energy drink. The plaza that this store is in has some parking spot but after lunch time, it can be difficult finding a spot because of Trader Joe's here. When I walked into this GNC store, I was the only customer there and there was only 1 worker I saw. He greeted me and I asked where were the energy drink. He pointed me to the back and I found them in the refrigerator. I didn't see any ZOA energy drink in the fridge or outside so I took it as they didn't carry any. Since I was already inside the store, I decided to get a Prime Energy drink. When I went to pay, the worker said they have a deal where if you buy 2 then the third one is free. So I took advantage of the deal and went back to get 2 more drinks. They couldn't print out the receipt so the worker said he can send it through email instead.”
