Being an ex-wells Fargo employee, it saddens me seeing how the service has declined after the pandemic across the company. This is currently my home branch and although I don't go in very often, the past year every-time I have gone inside (5-6 times) there is only 2 employees in the entire branch. That is crazy! They have 2 tellers working and that's it. No bankers, no lobby leader, no manager. I witnessed a woman yesterday who was on a wheelchair and when she walked in for her appointment they told her the banker called in sick and there was no one to help her. It blows my mind how a company who needs clients to survive is treating them so poorly. I asked the teller when they are planning to get more staff she said they aren't. This is it. So sad and disappointing.

Very rude customer service here saturday's are only by appointment for other services :/ like hello I work monday thru friday 8am-6pm and have weekends off O was willing to wait for someone to be available and other wells fargo's are closed saturdays no one wants to work now ah days.

Seems like they take a long time on purpose so that you end up leaving. Never enough tellers takes forever to get the line going. Needs a new manager!

Went in to be added as a joint for my grandmother and mind you I had an appointment. I brought all the documents and the fsr gave me the run around and wouldn't help me. Now I know why people go to credit unions. Instead of these banks.

Whoever the short blonde lady is, should get fired or learn some manners. Today, I wanted to fax a letter to the credit bureau with Wells Fargo being my representative. Intermediately, there was a long line. When she called me up and after I said what I need help with, she kept flooding me with questions about whether I bank with Wells Fargo (duh, idiot). When she handed two pieces of paper to write my letter, she went to go "assist" the other waiting customers. When I finished, she just stood behind her coworkers blankly. About 5 minutes later, she took my papers. After trying to fax it, she said the fax number is wrong. Before leaving, I asked her to shred the papers because my personal info was written on them. She said they can't because they don't have a shredder. WHAT KIND OF BANK DOESN'T HAVE A PAPER SHREDDER?!I then decided to head down the road to the Balboa branch and they had no problem faxing the letter. Either that lady is telling the truth or the biggest liar. Will not come here again.

Three people in line waited over 30 minutes this place has always been extremely slow. The manager is sitting behind a teller watching while the line is out the door. Maybe time for some new people at this location?
