Anthony Jerez (Tony) took care of our travel trailer that needed warranty work. He was professional and very knowledgeable. There was more than a few items that needed to be taken care. Tony explained the process on how the warranty work is approved by Jayco. Tony kept me updated on the progress with the work on our trailer. We ended up getting the Trailer back much sooner than expected. Tony made sure everything was done correctly before calling me to pick it up. Tony was going on vacation so when I picked it up he wasn't there but another gentleman was there to release it to me ( I don't remember his name unfortunately) this person was very thorough and showed me everything that was done and made sure I was happy. Everything that was done was done very clean , I was very impressed. I will highly recommended this place.

Ryan Wade was great to work with! Did what he said and had my RV done a day early. Under new ownership Ryan was able fix what the previous ownership could not. Probably 4 or 5 trips to this location. Joan Mushgrave get -stars. After dealing with Josh during the Richardson ownership to see he was still there was very disappointing. I called him out that after a year working with him he referred me to manufacture. This is after selling a trickle charger to fix one of the problems. After leaving here I drove down to the show room where I thought I would trade my name on a new super C or class A. Which I will be buying in the next few months. After seeing that Matt (-stars), the GM was still there after camping world purchasing. I walked out he is as bad as Josh when it comes to Customer Service and taking care of customers needs.

Not at all friendly. Kind of an entitled attitude. Unfortunately I felt the pressure and needed the work done. The prices here are thru the roof. I absolutely will plan better next time and find another service center.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this service center. I initially had taken in my 18 month old trailer for service after speaking with the service tech about my needs. He assured me the parts would be ordered before i dropped off the trailer. I dropped the trailer October 24th 2022.I was told it would take no longer than 3 weeks. 9 weeks later I picked up my unrepaired trailer with jumper wires to my main hydraulic jack motors. I was told the part I need was weeks away and the other parts were on order as well. I have since inquired about my broken medicine cabinet mirror and several other parts to which in ever get an answer. I was then told they couldn't locate my mirror or medicine cabinet and the other parts would require me driving my trailer back from arizona for repairs. I asked for a supervisor to call me 2 weeks ago and am still waiting. This place is an absolute Joke. Thank you for Nothing! I also sent an email to Marcus lemonis's team at camping world. They also did nothing about it. I would steer clear of Camping world altogether!!!

Coming over the Grapevine on my way to Arizona dog shows in my motorhome i managed to break off one side of my third step. I pulled over and managed to bungee the broken step and drove really slow to Realto. With 7 dogs and knowing how hard it is ti find RV repair anywhere without a month or two wait for an appointment I thought I was screwed. I went to Camping World and this amazing crew was able to fix the step for now so I can continue my travel to Arizona with two steps fir now. After experiencing the nightmare that is La Mesa I am so totally impressed I cannot tell you. Ryan Wade and his team fixed the steps so you wouldn't know one is missing and fixed the hazard that was waiting with messed up steps and 7 dogs on board. Thank you so much Camping World, you have my business in the future when I get back to Lodi. I only hope I get a Ryan in Sacramento like the one I experienced in Grand Terrace.

So many issues. The techs are nice enough but check any repairs thoroughly before leaving town. Also, the manager of this CW is useless.

We bought a Jayco Redhawk from Richardson's RV and anytime we have issues with our RV we trust that job is going to get fixed proffesionally at Richardson's in Grand Terrace. I was their a couple weeks ago and honestly I won't go anywhere else. These days it is very hard to find great costumer service and RV repairs. Let's talk about the staff: Ryan has always been a pleasure to deal with when ever I call or bring in my RV. All the RV techs do great work but AJ is usually the one who works on my Jayco and I love that he takes the time to explain to me what the problem was on the RV and how it was fixed. He has even given me maintnance tips to make sure I am properly caring for the RV! Josh is on top of everything and really makes sure to keep me posted if the are any problems or delays. We are thinking of upgrading our RV to a bigger one soon and will definitely be returning to Richardson's RV for all of my RV needs!

My wife and I had the most amazing experience with the entire team at Richardson's RV in Grand Terrace! There are a few standouts that come to mind (John, AJ, & Ryan) who went completely above and beyond any expectations we had (a few more guys were also involved but I can't remember their names - sorry!). Long story short, on the day of travel to start a vacation trip with our brand new trailer we had a major issue with the 7 way connector - user error!! And while every other dealership and independent rv service technician we contacted only had appointments multiple weeks out, Richardson's RV in Grand Terrace took the time to listen to us with empathy and sincerity and then graciously was able to see us and resolve the trailer issue that same day!! I mean, WOW! We ended up having more issues that were on the truck side, but they took the time to investigate for us and make sure it wasn't an issue with the trailer. My wife and I truly appreciate the team there for taking the time and going the extra mile, we will be recommending this location to everyone we know and returning ourselves for all our trailer needs!

We hope if you are even considering bringing your RV for repair, you will come here. We had terrible communication with Jayco after we bought a brand new 5th Wheel.
