Cannot discourage you enough of dealing with their pharmacy. Not only are they more out of stock of medicine than in stock, but don't notify you when the doctor prescribes you a medication and they don't have it for four months. By the way it was ONLY a blood thinner to help prevent a stroke. Then their tech tells me it can't be that important. Sadly used to get all my prescriptions once every three months. Now going 3-4 month to get stuff because they can't get their act together. Was just there yesterday and told my long lost prescription was ready. Then told it had been restocked. Wow according to today's text they have it back in stock. Have asked over and over again to be transferred. Won't do it. Will pay my damn co pay to have a coming of Jesus with my doctor to transfer or I change both of them. Btw the anticoagulant I haven't had in four months. I already had a stroke. This is to prevent another.

Random hour changes without any forewarning. Terrible, rude manager. Worst CVS here. AVOID if possible.

RX attendant is lazy, condescending, I called for a diabetic med for my pt, she says, know ur meds before calling as if she owns Cvs. Pls evaluate her, her attitude doesn't belong to medication mgmt. She's dealing with insulin for my pt and treated me like I'm buying clothes. No respect for healthcare workers. She should work somewhere else where she doesn't have to deal with the meds of sucks Pt's. Her demeanor will be reported to authorities and will make sure she'll be educated at least on how to deal insulin and other meds

I want to be fair but compared to other CVS pharmacies I have been to, this particular one seems to excel at being super inefficient. All of the staff got "the deer in the headlights look" down, and have no difficulty sustaining that look. My suggestion is to stay away.

Pharmacy is the worst here! I don't mind waiting in line, but the staff in the pharmacy are the rudest! Not the one guy, he is nice, but the females give attitudes and roll their eyes. They have me ALWAYS pull around to the end of the line when getting my prescription. They will say 10 mins and then come back. I've been a pharmacy tech, and I would NEVER treat a customer how this pharmacy does! It is such a shame. When your sick you don't want to be treated like dog shit from your own pharmacy.

Waited in line forever at the Pharmacy it gets to my turn in line and the gentleman Mitchell gives me the choice of self pay or coming in and putting me at the back of the line in order to process my insurance information. So I self payed because who wants to go inside after I waited in the long car line? I waited my turn just like everyone else.

The young Hispanic male (maybe 19 yrs old) working the register right now at 4:41 PM was very kind to my son and I. It was a pleasure and refreshing to have someone like him check us out. He deserves a raise. I didn't get his name I wish I had.

Just left cvs on mt Vernon- today is Sunday august 28th at 9:30 am- and there was one cashier(white girl) younger with blonde hair that was sitting talking to a friend while ALL the customers checked themselves out on self checkout because she was too busy complaining to her friend about other customers (loudly) - then when I get upto self checkout, she was blocking the credit debit one- She BLATANTLY!!! Looks up and down at me and laughs at my appearance, not sure why! But made me feel like I was the butt of their conversation as soon as I walked away. Don't know her, never met her or saw her in store before. But super rude, wasn't even doing her job and made the actual customers feel uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure CVS doesn't pay employees to sit around talking to friends who aren't customers talking about the actual customers trying to checkout. And now I get why my husband and family would rather go to Walgreens or Walmart. I spent 100$ this morning and seriously considering calling corporate because I don't think I'll be returning to that location or cvs for awhile. Whoever is managing or employed there needs serious help training and actually doing their job --- customers shouldn't be made to feel less than especially if they are checking themselves out without assistance or friendliness. Great customer service!!! Not.

How rude can one pharmacist be to refuse to check stock on a product because the pharmacy closes in 15 minutes. You can't just turn around and look to see if you have a medication in stock. I have never witness more of a lazy person. Than the store managers answer was- well what do you want me to do about it? Force her to check stock? Oh no god forbid you ask her to do her job. It is pathetic how there is no compassion left in this world. I hope karma is watching you both closely.
