My 10 yr old when inside to shop and she said mom I think the lady thought I was shoplifting cause she kick me out and my cause I was caring everything in my sweater..my child was in tears so I said is OK don't cry is a misunderstanding I went to go explain my self to the lady that I have a dog in the car and a lil baby she said I don't care you need to go never come back...I said I know it was a misunderstanding if my child will been shoplifting I would had come to talk to you I was being understanding over the situation and she was so rude telling my 10 yr to never come back my child was crying over this and she was so out of it...then I call management told him I understand the cashier tough my girl was stealing and he said you gotta understand our employees are scare for their lifes when this happend my 10 yrs looks like a 8 year old and crying my kid was more scare than anything wth...I'm upset of the fact I when in there nicely to explain the situation and being understanding of the reasons she acted upon what she saw I just wanted them to understand it was a misunderstanding so my girl will stop crying my girl has severe anxiety and ocd for my child was important to let them know she wasn't stealing... and a she was acting soooo damn rude and careless.. rude of her my first words was i know there was a misunderstanding...??she just keep raising her voice I don't care she need to leave not come back...leave ..leave and my kid crying ???not to mention I live on the same street and shop here all the time...rudeeee cashier I was being understanding at the fact she thaugh she was shoplifter..but her attitude screaming over me explaining very unprofessional I never disrespected her or raise my voice.....we left my girl was stealing crying saying I don't want to come back mom I'm scare of her ???

I enjoyed my shopping trip and prescription pick up at CVS. I do not have problems getting my prescription. It’s always ready or the staff gets my prescription ready quickly while I shop.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They take forever and never have enough people helping customers....they all just stand in the back while one person helps the long line and drive thru window!

They are a little pricey, but they also have a wide variety of items. Their pharmacy is quick with filling prescriptions.

Do not send medications here. Lines are SO long and the poor technicians and pharmacists are SO understaffed and are treated poorly by customers because of that. At the same time they take forever filling my prescription and are so rude on the phone probably because of the understaffing. Its been almost 5 days of calling in to see if my prescription is ready to be picked up but they keep saying its out of stock.

This pharmacy has very poor comunication with their customers! They don't have medication in stock if you call to check on it they lead you to an out of town area. When I tried to get something over the counter to help me a pharmacist was trying ri tell me my RX would never be over the counter, dahh!!

The young Hispanic male (maybe 19 yrs old) working the register right now at 4:41 PM was very kind to my son and I. It was a pleasure and refreshing to have someone like him check us out. He deserves a raise. I didn't get his name I wish I had.

Check your medications before you leave. Eye drops were not sealed/ leaked inside box, discovered upon arrival home.

The pharmacy doesn’t deserve one star but, I didn’t want them or anyone to think I just forgot to rate them, they are just bad. I’ve changed from them once about three years ago, but my new insurance has them as a favorite pharmacy which means my copays are lower or not at all. Mostly no copays at all. One prescription for my chronic pain is and has been out of stock but they don’t communicate to me nor my doctor. They’re slow, rude, and seemingly just lazy. I’m ready to go and pay for my medicines due to the extremely poor customer service.

Just left cvs on mt Vernon- today is Sunday august 28th at 9:30 am- and there was one cashier(white girl) younger with blonde hair that was sitting talking to a friend while ALL the customers checked themselves out on self checkout because she was too busy complaining to her friend about other customers (loudly) - then when I get upto self checkout, she was blocking the credit debit one- She BLATANTLY!!! Looks up and down at me and laughs at my appearance, not sure why! But made me feel like I was the butt of their conversation as soon as I walked away. Don't know her, never met her or saw her in store before. But super rude, wasn't even doing her job and made the actual customers feel uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure CVS doesn't pay employees to sit around talking to friends who aren't customers talking about the actual customers trying to checkout. And now I get why my husband and family would rather go to Walgreens or Walmart. I spent 100$ this morning and seriously considering calling corporate because I don't think I'll be returning to that location or cvs for awhile. Whoever is managing or employed there needs serious help training and actually doing their job --- customers shouldn't be made to feel less than especially if they are checking themselves out without assistance or friendliness. Great customer service!!! Not.
