Team did an amazing job assembling everything from our order. Of course that's comes with an extra small fee. But that was very helpful and convenient in our end. “Loved this store, went to a few others in the past few weeks, the furniture was nice but customer service wasn’t great at the other stores.. wife and I walked into this store a few weeks ago and immediately was greeted by the folks who work there.. they offered us some snacks and drinks before we started to look around. They have GREAT furniture at reasonable prices, you can tell the quality is great, and the sells workers knew all about the items, answered all our questions.Was helped by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Roland Castro, who I have to say was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and very patient with us lol.We changed our minds probably about 8 times before our final decision and he was so patient. Helped us and did great suggesting when we were indecisive.Definitely recommend this store to anyone. If you do stop by, make sure to ask for Roland. I promise he’s super helpful and patient with all your needs and questions.”

I want to start by saying that as a pest control worker that communicates with tens of people every day, I appreciate and love the amazing customer service from both these gentleman. Alfonso didn’t pressure me or my girlfriend into purchasing anything, because he’s an understanding caring man. I had the opportunity to try out the multiple mattress in this location and I was happy with what the choices. I left this location to head to the highland location to see a larger variety and was met with great customer service from Al as well. I ended up purchasing a good NEW mattress, a good box spring at a GREAT price and a warranty.I can’t recommend enough how great these stores are and I’d love to come here again should I ever need to.”

“So glad we came across this place, they have really nice options and they’re very helpful yet patient, we were in the store for 40 minutes and ultimately went with a custom sofa and love seat set that was inspired by a sectional they had on display. The custom set we ordered here was about the same price as what other sets were going for at other stores, but our set is much better quality ! We customized the firmness level, pillow shapes and color of course . It took a little less than 2 weeks to be completed and the delivery was AMAZING, they were here on time, very friendly and they even had to carry the sofa through the backyard because it wouldn’t fit through the front door. Ultimately I would definitely recommend Big A’s , the staff is helpful and kind and the prices for custom sets are great !”

“We were in search of smaller nightstands. This was probably the fifth furniture store we had gone to that day. After explaining to the young lady what we were looking for, she was literally the only one out of all the stores to offer us to take a look at they're catalog and showed us something like we were looking for. She showed us the measurements and everything. We ended up getting two nightstands that are so cute and modern and very reasonably priced. We picked them up next day and the nice man helped us load them in our car. I had a wonderful easy experience from start to finish. Definitely will be back. Super friendly.”

“My son needed a new twin mattress as his was a couple years old and one of those thin ones. He's also been having headaches from poor sleeping. I got him a nice, thick cushioned twin mattress here. It was delivered in a couple of days. My son loves it. He has been sleeping so well and hasn't had any headaches. Everyone at the store is very nice and helpful. I was gonna buy from here about a year and a half ago but my dad showed up with a new bed for me.
