“Been meaning to get to this review since we moved but have been very busy trying to get settled in. But Alan at the Moreno Valley Mattress Firm was beyond amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, but most importantly he did not rush or pressure us into any sales. As someone who was also in sales, this is something I appreciate from a sales person. Alan was incredible. Walked in to get some ideas, and wound up purchasing $3800 in mattresses (we did indeed need them). He was also helpful in setting up delivery and installation. Then the next day we got our mattresses delivered and installed and Alex and Mario were our installers. They were FAST. No joke, in and out in less than 30 min. They brought 2 fulls and a king with adjustable base upstairs and installed in less than 30 minutes. They were professional, respectful, and tidy. Left no mess whatsoever. Overall, great experience. I will see you again soon to get my daughter queen mattress Alan!!”

“Very good customer service. They don't try to talk you into something you can't afford. I am going to tell all my friends. Wish I could have given them a 10.”

“I cannot say enough about the incredible kindness and generosity of Jim, the owner of this mattress store. He went above and beyond in a way that most business owners never would. Even after closing time, he took it upon himself to drive me from Moreno Valley to his store in Redlands, just so I could find a mattress that would help with my terrible back pain. Who does that these days? Jim isn’t just a business owner—he’s a genuinely caring and God-blessed man. After he helped me pick out the perfect mattress, we ended up talking for over an hour. I had recently lost my mom, and somehow, in sharing our stories, our struggles, and even our faith, I felt a deep spiritual connection with him. He shared some of his own family hardships, and it was one of those rare, real conversations that remind you there are still good people in this world. Not only did I leave with a mattress that has truly helped my back, but I left feeling lighter in my heart. Jim didn’t just sell me a product—he showed me compassion, kindness, and humanity. If you’re looking for a mattress, don’t go anywhere else. This man truly cares about his customers, and that’s something you just can’t put a price on. Thank you, Jim, from the bottom of my heart. You are a blessing!”

“I had a great experience at Mor Furniture thanks to Lorena. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the time she took to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. It's not every day that you receive such excellent customer service, and I'm very thankful for her support. Lorena made the experience smooth and stress-free—thank you again!”
