She allowed me to try out many different beds. Settle on the one I want, And gave me a great deal with the free adjustable bed frame. I ended up buying the nectar mattress, which Ended up being cheaper than it would’ve been online. Highly recommend this location and Kristen as your sales rep.”

Even after closing time, he took it upon himself to drive me from Moreno Valley to his store in Redlands, just so I could find a mattress that would help with my terrible back pain. Jim isn’t just a business owner—he’s a genuinely caring and God-blessed man. After he helped me pick out the perfect mattress, we ended up talking for over an hour. I had recently lost my mom, and somehow, in sharing our stories, our struggles, and even our faith, I felt a deep spiritual connection with him. He shared some of his own family hardships, and it was one of those rare, real conversations that remind you there are still good people in this world.
Not only did I leave with a mattress that has truly helped my back, but I left feeling lighter in my heart. Jim didn’t just sell me a product—he showed me compassion, kindness, and humanity.
