“Went here for the private party it was amazing the hot buffalo wing plater was delicious always I gave it 4 stars it's because if you don't get it catered, you'll be serving your party yourself. You'll have to take the heavy trays and give them out to your party members by yourself. They do not help you serve carry the food drinks, napkins or anything that you paid for even though you paid for there food through them. If you are the host, you will also be the waiter. Not cool....

“We found a Gem! ? KWD Banquet Hall is a great place to host an event! We had great customer service planning our event. We used the hall to host a repast for our mom. It was perfect. The inside is Beautiful, clean, spacious, and well kept. It was gorgeous once Kenia set up our tables with the tablecloths and centerpieces we ordered from her too! She is also a fabulous florist! ? In addition, there was plenty of parking space for our guests. We were so happy with the customer service and the banquet hall we can’t wait to host our next event there! ??

“I absolutely love this arcade! It has the best selection of games I've seen in any arcade across LA, from classic favorites to the latest releases. The variety is incredible, and there's something for everyone. The owner has really done his research on always improving their game selection.”

“I went to a conference for work. This place is clean and looks to have been modernized. There’s plenty of parking and the conference room is well managed. The ballroom is huge where lunch was served. It had over 15 tables (10 people each table) and appear to have more room for additional tables.”

“After 13 years of the opening of the Fontana Senior Center, upon returning from Christmas vacation we were given the sad news that it affects us low-income seniors greatly.They told us that this community center ran out of funds and that for that reason they will NO longer help us with Scholarships, that depending on our income we could obtain a credit that we used during the year and that would help us pay for our membership, some trips returning the same day, participate in classes and for our lunch of the day he helped us by paying half the price.Many members of Fontana Senior Center learned of a "lucky" colleague who was able to donate a generous amount of?.I write here.... If some people want to donate any amount.... rest assured that the poverty level of those who qualify for the Scholarship is really checked here.I want my comment to be read by many people.....All members of Fontana Senior Center are grateful to the City of Fontana government for caring about us seniors.Thank you so much. ??”

“Beautiful southern vibe close to downtown Riverside. Many spots for great photos opts. Clean and very well maintained. Only downfall is usually when referring to videos, which is the noise created from the sports complex (during tournaments) across the street.As a floral vendor, the venue is easy to acess, time limits may be strick loading in and out. Having an indoor hall is a plus to keep receptions comfortable. It's always a lovely time flowering, Crestmore.”

“The Fox was amazing through the entire process. We found them online and did a tour, I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere of the place. The more I interacted with the people there the more I loved it as well. We mostly worked with Richard and he was the best! He was available by phone and by text and would respond within a few hours of each text I sent. We were allowed to come back several times to take additional looks and get more details and ideas for the day of and to let our family tour the place as well once we had decided it was the one. I loved their package, it is almost all inclusive. They provided everything except the cake/dessert, photographer, attire, and stationary/signage (save the dates, invitations, thank you cards, welcome sign, any timeline or seating chart signs). We also used their in-house DJ for his DJ and lighting and it was the best decision. He was professional and helpful as well. He was so worth the money, he kept the night going and all the lighting really helped pull the whole room together. I do not have a single complaint for this place and I have no idea what would have made them better. I cannot say enough good things about the Fox or the people that work there. Everyone we came in contact with day of from Richard and Michelle to the waiters were all fabulous. They all worked so hard and worked well together to make the evening the best night of my life. My now husband and I loved everything about the night and the experience, it's been a little over 2 months and we still discuss how wonderful the Fox was to us and our guests. We also received several compliments on the location and how beautiful the place looked and how smoothly everything ran. I 100% recommend to everyone at least giving the place a look and getting details from them for any event or party.”

“Celebrated my daughter's quinceanera here and WE HAD THE BEST TIME! From the very beginning I was given the best service. Sarahi is the best, we told her what we wanted and she delivered! My family and friends had such a great time and I was told all night how beautiful everything came out. “We have been here 2 times in the past couple of weeks and have had a great time! The customer care is amazing at this location! Marquis made our 2 hours at the alley feel like home! He went above and beyond to provide great service and hospitality! You don’t see that anymore! He was kind, courteous and attentive! We felt like family to him! While he stood out all of the team members were amazing! Paul, Marco, and Melissa are a few we interacted with! Great job team! We will be back for sure! You guys turned Bowlero into a great experience for our family!”

“My girls have been in two musicals at The Box. It is a beautiful, intimate theater that has the audience right up with the stage, instead of a separate space. It is a wonderful but smaller venue. I have enjoyed it both as a theater mom and as an audience member!”

“My granddaughter's Sweet Sixteen Quince style. The lit up dance floor complimented her already gorgeous dress. Security seemed to be pretty vigilant. Also, security was driving around for the multiple events/halls happening at the same time. DJ played a very big variety of music. Spanish, older stuff us adults listened to and whatever they call their music today (pop?). They eventually brought out a robot with blinking lights and then lightning bopers (for lack of knowing WHAT they're called) for everyone. He danced several songs up till the end. Which was great considering the costume with all the blinking lights.

There were a few downfalls as well. They didn't let us know or wait for us (mom included) when she cut her cake. Who serves Mexican food with rolls and not tortillas. My son-in-law had to point out to them all the beer he bought/brought for the adults. They didn't know which was ours? You'd think that ot would've been be obvious, as it was $1,000 worth of 6 different kinds. They did let us take the lots off leftover food home. A few more things but I'm sure you get the drift. It was like they were preoccupied with the other events. So, I think they cut their staff just a bit too thin. ?

My granddaughter has a great time, though and that's what matters.

“I had my wedding here at Hacienda Hall on November 30th. The place was soo beautiful and the staff was amazing throughoutthe whoke process. We had the best experience. And had so much fun at our wedding. Our friends and family are still talking about it. We held the ceremony in the courtyard which was so nice and the headed into the reception whoch was just beautiful. we were able to fit all of our guests. We had about 130 people. I highly recommend this venue for your special day . On the day of We had Daisy as our coordinator. She was so nice and helpful. I would definitely plan another event here.”

I was surprised to learn that there was another group setting up (for the next day) at the same time we were trying to set up that evening. It made it slightly stressful until they cleared out.
Our team was happy with the space, and we were able to fit our group very comfortably.
The food from Felix's was fine, but the sauces were very watery, which was not our experience during the taste test.
If you plan to have an event at night, be sure to visit then. The rooms look different at different times of day. Be sure to ask about lighting and what options you have in the room. Areas of the room were darker, and I would have brought in or asked for more lighting had I known this.
Withholding the wifi password from the AV vendor was unusual and caused undue stress, especially since you finally provided it. I can understand not providing it to guests, but not withholding from the AV vendor.”

“I had my quinsiañera in this salon and I recommend it 100%, they have excellent waiter service and Reina has a lot of experience that she put at the service of us, that's why I recommend that you eat your diet here”

“I had my wedding here 09/28/24. Michelle’s team did an amazing job setting everything up; it was better than I could have imagined. The service was excellent and my guest raved about the festa dinner food! My cake, food, linens and DJ were included in the price. My only complaint would be the DJ that was included, I had made a playlist for him and he didn’t play my song choices. My guest also complained about the music selection and it caused the dance floor to be empty most of the time. The DJ also tried charging me $600 extra for the photobooth but I declined and got my own photobooth for $200.”

“The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location was perfect – close to everything. The only thing that was not as good was that the parking was payed even for guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!”

“I would agree that this is probably the nicest hotel in the area. The staff helps it shine for sure when I checked in. I was having trouble with my Messenger payment and it also had to be changed so they were free there and each of them was so welcoming and friendly and patience. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of a lot because I’m in town with the family member. They went to far to the manager who is not on duty who also did what needed to be done to take care of the guest. I didn’t catch the managers name, but I believe the ladies were Cassandra, Breann and Diann. Then at check out, I was greeted & helped by another friendly helpful smile belonging to Mariah. And hats off to management for leading a great team.

Noteworthy details: There’s a machine for making white noise on the nightstand that helps more than you know. Also, cool closrttAll the shelves and hanger rods, plus a big drawer, can be moved and rearranged super quickly and easily, to costom fit the things you need to store, specifically. A new wish for my “someday list”.”
