I bought a expensive water pipe, $110, with a honey comb pattern on it. After two uses the paint/stickers started peeling off. I tried to return the piece, the owner said I scratched it and he would not even give me store credit. I was extremely careful the 2 times I used it and no one else used it. The paint came off with normal use, and I showed him how I could easily get it off with my thumb nail. He said I scratched it and refused to exchange the merchandise. He was also extremely rude. Do not shop at 3 Monkeys in Granite Bay, he rips you off charging high prices for shoddy merchandise and has terrible consumer service.

In the several years I have been going here, I have never once had a bad experience. They always are willing to answer questions and they know what they are talking about. Ive been to 2 other locations of the franchise and long story short, they sucked and I will never go anyone else again. Not all franchisees are the same! These guys are the best and I will be coming back for years to come. I highly highly recommend coming here, you won't be disappointed!

Cleanest, most upscale smoke shop ive been too! Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly not some 20yr old hipsters blowing smoke rings with there buddies..very professional and good prices! I drive the extra few miles just to go here!

Mike has world-class knowledge and customer service skills. I did not know what product would suit me best, but Mike took it upon himself to educate me and help me find the optimal products for my needs. I highly recommend visiting this shop because it has a combination of quality products and quality employees.

Anthony and Michael are always so friendly and greeting people when they come in! They also have any information that you ask, and if they dont they will take time out of their day and look it up for you! They constantly have a great stock of many different items. I will continue to go to this store :) They also are selling their own shirts right now in sizes ranging from Small- 3XL
