Absolutely do not buy lottery tickets here. I run my lottery pool for my friends, came in, gave instructions on what I wanted. I was holding my $20 bill and the cashier, took it and while it was in his hand I said hold on you are overcharging me, this is not what I asked. I think he deliberately overcharged me. He didn't care, and put the money in the register so I couldn't get it back and wouldn't acknowledge the error nor give me back my money even though he had not printed out any tickets yet. He wouldn't budge and said I could walk out with no tickets and lose the cash or print out tickets so I said fine print me this instead and even that he did wrong. Never coming to this place again for tickets or gas. Either completely incompetent or purposely cheating people. Even the receipt he printed out is different from what I asked and what he says he heard, it says 12 SuperLotto. Why would I order that when the Powerball is >900M?

Gas pump was spewing gas from the rubber suction cup, got gas all over my bike. Try to get this resolved no answer the phone getting the runaround, horrible place to do business or get gas.

This place consistently provides horrible customer service. I went in today to make a purchase. When I left I saw that I was charged a second charge. I went back in to find out why, and Ashley was impatient and rude. She said when you “tap” your card, you’re often charged again on their POS machine. She said management is aware of the problem, but nothing is being done to correct it. She then told me that her manager will have to approve the refund, but the manager was in the back cooking and I’d have to wait until the manager was done. This upset me, as it would any consumer, and I told Ashley that I had somewhere to be and did not have time to accommodate the manager by waiting until a time convenient to her to receive my refund. Finally the manager came up and approved the refund. Ashley’s poor customer service skills have convinced me that I would be better off going elsewhere. I truly hope that she, as a consumer away from work, has a poor customer service experience today; it may instill in her some much-needed empathy.
And I will not waste my time calling their 800 number. It’s clear they do not value their customers.

They have a skinny weirdo cashier working there. He’s an absolute creep as he’s having very stupid conversations with folks coming in to the store. The owner should be aware of his disgusting behavior.

Disgusting! During construction they have two Porta potty’s on site. Only one is made available to the customers, the other is locked with a master lock. The one that is available for the customers is absolutely atrocious. Not sure if you guys know, but you have to get these pumped and serviced. Nasty?Edit: I just called the number you provided, they stated that you own it, and they are not responsible for the conditions of the store. Why would you put me off to somebody to handle your issue? Poor customer service, just poor.

Today (7/15 @ 7.10p), attempted to buy Power Ball lottery. Gave clerk $20 and he pulled from a stack of “pre-printed” tickets off the side. Some seems wrinkled, possibly recycling old tickets. I’m reporting this to CA lottery as fraud.When confronted about this he got aggressive. He tried 2x to give me pre-printed tickets and I kept asking for a ticket out of the machine.Fraud fraud fraud!!!!!

I came in and got an icy and tried some gas. However, the line got long and I looked too hasty and said the wrong pump number for 26$ worth of gas. I didn't even get outside the door before I realized, still waiting on just 1 person that was behind me, I told him my mistake. He told me too bad, someone already pumped my gas. I went to the pump where this happened, and his pump stopped at 12 dollars but he had paid 20, turns out he said the wrong pump as well. He paid cash, me with a debit card. We both went in to straighten it out. He told us that someone else got the gas and we were out of luck. Too bad. It's our fault. I get I made a mistake, but you can't just roll up and get gas without paying anymore. He started yelling at me telling me to get my money from the man who didn't get the amount of gas he had paid for. . My card was charged $26 dollar s and I got zero, ZeRo gas. When I protested he started yelling and kicked me out. He didn't even try to solve anything or help, and we were all willing to wait and help if we could. He didn't even try. Don't go here. Incompetent clerks, rude and dishonest

This place is TRASH, and I only say that because of their employees! They're rude, and do more talking than actually working! I would rather go without, than spend my money here again! The ampm on the corner of Douglas/Auburn Folsom is GREAT, and I love their employees! Get better employees at this location, and you may get better yelp reviews
