I’ve been a loyal customer of CVS for many years, and the level of service and care I’ve received has always been exceptional. Whether it's filling prescriptions or receiving expert advice on over-the-counter products, CVS has consistently proven to be a trusted and reliable resource.
A few months ago, after switching my insurance, I encountered some complications that I struggled to resolve on my own. Fortunately, I was assisted by Dominic, one of the technicians, who went above and beyond to help me navigate the transition. He took the time to add my new insurance and ensured that everything was handled smoothly. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my situation made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable.
This experience is just one of many that reinforces why I continue to choose CVS for all my pharmacy needs. The consistent, high-quality support I have received over the years has been exceptional, and I am especially grateful for the pharmacists and technicians, who provide such personalized and thoughtful service.
Thank you, CVS, for maintaining such high standards of customer care and for employing individuals who truly go the extra mile to support your customers.

Excellent staff at this pharmacy. I’ve never had any issues they couldn’t help me with quickly. The pharmacist is always attentive and seems to make it a point to remember people’s names. If you have a prescription issue she returns calls promptly after leaving a message.

The employees at this pharmacy are stellar. I have asked for proof of whats in certain vacines and it was provided for me. They give me that small town feel that I am used to. I give them 5 stars

Do not go to Walgreens for RX .They are rude .Granite bay pharmacy is much friendlier and helpful.

I just came from the hospital finding out I will have to have back surgery. So I went straight to the CV/S pharmacy to get my meds and was treated awfully. I asked what the medication does and he didn’t know. I asked if he was new to make conversation. And he asked me in a rude tone “are you new”. Than I told the manager and he did absolutely nothing. His name was Dominic. Came home crying in pain and don’t have my meds. Now I don’t know what pharmacy to use and I just moved. I don’t understand why he had to be rude.

We're done. We have lived 4 blocks away for 23 years, and we are sick of this place. They will routinely "short" a refill because they don't have enough pills on hand - then of course when we need to pick up the "shorted" supply - the whole minimal-working-hours rodeo starts again. They open at 10, close around 6, long lunch, and for people that actually have jobs or travel for work it is impossible to deal with them.My wife "must have" her meds, it's not an option. We realized they shorted her 45 tablets on a 90 day prescription, of course, just as she was about to leave on a 1-week business trip. They texted that the refill was "ready" - we arrived a few minutes later, and of course- they had closed for the day (early). She was leaving at 5:30 AM the next day, so we spent another $100 on an emergency medical co-pay to get a new scrip to fill it at a reliable vendor (Walmart). Noted.. Walmart indicated they have disgruntled CVS customers doing the same thing regularly.Skip the hassle, go to Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Amazon Pharmacy - anything but this place.

This location don't accept Goodrx coupons. They will charge ridiculous amounts for meds that is supposed to be cheap. Will not advise or be helpfull.

Horrible service. Completely undependable on all services. Half of the time you're in the store their computers are down and you can't even buy anything

I came here while in town visiting my mom and the cashier had the WORST work ethic of anyone I have ever seen in my life. She was sitting down with her knees up and on her cell phone until another employee called her out. I think Nina was this unprofessional girls name. I wouldn't care of it was just me, but I do NOT like my mother being disrespected. I'm only leaving this review so that this child can be talked to and encouraged to grow and do better. Best intentions.

Another let down call to schedule a Covid shot they sent me a link I followed the link answer all the questions and then the final response was technical difficulties try again later. called the store again they referred me back to the site I told him it wasn't working they said oh I didn't know and now they want me to call 1 800 shop CVS. Ridiculous
