The store is clean and the staff is actually polite. Some retailers have forgotten the word, customer service. Customer service seems to be the priority at CVS.

Horrible service. Completely undependable on all services. Half of the time you're in the store their computers are down and you can't even buy anything

I came here while in town visiting my mom and the cashier had the WORST work ethic of anyone I have ever seen in my life. She was sitting down with her knees up and on her cell phone until another employee called her out. I think Nina was this unprofessional girls name. I wouldn't care of it was just me, but I do NOT like my mother being disrespected. I'm only leaving this review so that this child can be talked to and encouraged to grow and do better. Best intentions.

These pharmacy techs \u0026 pharmacists are always helpful in helping me with my myriad of prescriptions for my dad as well as my needs. I'd award 5 stars but for the fact that they close for lunch each day. Rite Aid doesn't do this and it's often inconvenient. I also appreciate that they base their services on medical science and offer the latest vaccines.

Another let down call to schedule a Covid shot they sent me a link I followed the link answer all the questions and then the final response was technical difficulties try again later. called the store again they referred me back to the site I told him it wasn't working they said oh I didn't know and now they want me to call 1 800 shop CVS. Ridiculous

Don't know why but this store is always dirty. It starts before you go in with the trash cans by the door are always full. I went inside to the pharmacy and while waiting in line I noticed that the shelves have dust on them, not just a little, but like they haven't been touched in months. I also then saw over 50 dead bugs on the shelves! Yes I counted. Have sent management an e mail but to no avail. Dead bugs are unexceptable CVS. Also saw dried up gum on a shelf. These things are on the shelves with pills on them. Either there are lazy employees or a manager who doesn't care about the store. Avoid this place.

They will also talk to you like you're a drug addict because your doctor prescribes RX sleep aids. Now I have to sit around and "wait about 10 minutes" for the pharmacist because the lady at the counter can't sell me my medication Avoid this place

This CVS is my go to to Pharmacy. Sure, it's a little unkept outside with cobwebs and what not but they sure seem to take care of the beauty of an oak tree exiting on Auburn-Folsom Road. I'm a tree lover. Therefore, an admirer . Inside, I practically know everyone. I frequent shop there. Mostly as an afterthought, when I'm picking up medications. Everyone there seems to be friendly & helpful. I'll tell you what, it sure as heck beats the heck out of the CVS in South Sac on Mack Road witch is where I used to go before I moved into to my beautiful gorgeous mansion in G.B! Yes, I'll have to say that this CVS is awesome! I have very few little, tiny complaints if any! In fact, I must give CVS of Granite Bay 5 stars! I love it here and this is my go to CVS

This is my go to pharmacy and I have never had any issues here. The pharmacy staff and other CVS employees are always so helpful and friendly. The store layout itself was recently remodeled so everything is very organized. They have pretty good deals on products weekly and they also give you I ton of coupons/rewards in your foot long CVS receipt. Sometimes the coupons are very specific to products and other times it's just hey here is $6 off your next purchase of anything. I get a lot of unique holiday decorations/items here for a crazy cheap price - Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's day, etc.

All I can say is that the service-related problem I described in my original review seems to have been resolved. Lately we have had no difficulties in getting prescriptions refilled promptly and correctly. I might also add that prescription pickups are now allowed during the pharmacist's early-afternoon lunch hour, at least when the prescription is a refill and not a brand new one.

This place is near my house and the staff is always very helpful. My only complaint with this place is that most of the people that I have encountered in here are buying some sort of liquor and cigs. I just find it odd....all different times of the day. It hasn't stopped me from going in...just an observation on the clientel.
