Food is subpar, salad bar items are stale and discolored, prices are ridiculous. Back when this was Round Table Pizza it was worth the price. Everything was clean, the food was outstanding, and the salad bar was rotated frequently.Kid-friendliness: They have a couple things for kids, coin machines. Not the best but they serve frozen yogurt which is oddly what it seems like people only go here for and it's basically self serve.

Once you enter, there’s a old musty smell to the place. The service was mediocre and the price was not worth the quality or taste of the food. My wife wanted salad but once she looked at the salad bar, she quickly changed her mind. Salad bar items looked old as if it was sitting there all day. Once you’re charged, ask for a receipt because they won’t offer you one. Little shady.

My personal pizza for pickup was not ready on time. I waited an extra 15 minutes. Then, when I received it, it was burnt and super tiny. It looked like it was made for elves (see photo). I asked for a side of ranch and it was $1 for smaller than a usual container of ranch! The Folsom location charges 65 cents, which I thought was high. The family behind the counter was super rude and cold. I probably won't ever go to this location again. Good luck staying in business. I liked this place better when it was Round Table Pizza. What a joke of a franchise...

I will never do business at the Mountain Mike's Pizza in Granite Bay after my most recent experience. I ordered a Mountain size pepperoni and a large McKinley over the phone for pick-up. I had several family members and grandkids coming over for pizza and then watching Elf. I sent a family member to pick up the pizza and when she arrived back at my house with the pizza the Mountain size pizza was cheese only. The total for the two pizzas was $80, which I think is very expensive, and then to not get the correct pizza was upsetting. I immediately called and told them that I did not get what I ordered. The worker who answered was pleasant and felt bad. He went to speak to a manager, who turned out to be one of the owners, and returned to say that I needed to return the cheese pizza and they would make me a pepperoni. I was a bit disgusted that a second trip was going to have to be made as our dinner was getting delayed and everyone was starving, not to mention the inconvenience. I also thought it was horrible customer service to tell me that I needed to return the cheese pizza. The worker on the phone said that I could keep the pizza and to come in and he would have a new pizza ready to be picked up. The same family member left my house to go pick up the pepperoni pizza and I then asked the grandkids if they wanted to wait for the pepperoni or if they wanted one piece of the cheese and then they could have the pepperoni when it arrived. Since they were already seated at the table and very hungry, they stated they would have a slice of the cheese. I gave them each a slice of the cheese pizza and then I received a call back from Mountain Mike's telling me that I needed to return the cheese pizza. I said that I just gave the kids a slice from it. Needless to say, the owner would not give the family member a new pizza unless the cheese pizza was returned. If it was returned, they would give a 35% discount on the new pizza. I could not believe that they were asking for the pizza to be returned when it was their error and that they would ask for us to make 3 trips to get the correct pizza. The family member then spoke on the phone with another owner and was told that since she didn't return the cheese pizza that they would give us a large pepperoni. If they would have looked at my past orders they would see that I have never not ordered a pepperoni pizza. In addition, my family members heard me order a pepperoni and reiterate my order several times. This is not the only bad experience I have had at this establishment but it was definitely the final straw. The time prior to this, when I got home the pizza was cold. I ordered in advance for a later pick up time, so it was obvious the pizza was made too early. The time before that, the pizza was overcooked. It is very obvious that the owners do not care about customer service. Lastly, you can't even tell who the employees are as they do not wear any shirt or uniform that indicates they are an employee of Mountain Mikes. I would assume based on my most recent experience that the owner does not want to spend the money on shirts for his employees. Me and my family were so shocked at the horrible customer service and will never do business there again.

Combo pizza tasted moldy. During the lunch buffet they wait for one pizza to be eaten before making another one.

This place used to be good. They had daily specials and great customer service. I actually go nearly once a week but that may stop. Yesterday was interesting. When I ordered, in person, around 7:15 everything was okay, then when I returned to pick up at 7:30 this guy was counting out the register or doing something where he was using a calculator/phone or something while shuffling through receipts. This was at the front counter, he didn't look up once while other workers stood behind him. After about 30 sec I asked could I get my pizza. He glanced up and said, "oh, could you get his pizza, he already paid" the worker who got it left it on the counter right next to him. I waited for a bit while my pizza sat right next to him. I then said, "Can I get my pizza?" He was like, "oh here you go" and handed me the box. He was the person who took my order originally and when I asked him if I could get the ranch, that I was required to pay for, he was like, "oh yah, someone get him some ranch" they proceeded to give me 2 ranches when I had paid for 5. I said, "could I get the other ranches you had me pay for, I paid for 5" Not looking up once he said to another worker, "get him the ranches, don't worry he paid for them" Not once did he even look up from what he was doing. That's how I could get this picture without him even realizing while standing right in front of him. This was about the most ridiculous interaction I have had at any establishment. Not sure what happened when they changed ownership or whatever, but the friendly, fun, attentive people don't seem to be there anymore.

Not all Mountain Mike's are created equal. This particular store does it right!

I really wish I could do negative stars because, oh man, does this Mountain Mike’s location deserve it. Everything in the salad bar was wilted, the garbonzo beans had a crusted-mold look. $90 for 12 bone-in wings, medium pizza, small pizza, salad bar and 4 drinks. The owner, who was in sweatshirt and shorts, gave us a full refund at least.

Last two time we got pizza from here we ended up with tummy issues. 2nd time was the 2nd and the last time we go here. It used to be fine.I thought to write it here for the benefit of the others. This time 9/21/2023 two new (young guys) were there and the pizza was not fluffy and risen. Something wrong with the way they name it as well. What we got was McKinsey and Pineapple Chicken Luau!

Horrible service First of all, who puts two mountain mikes on the same street 15 minutes away and they don't specific where each one is. Confusing . They said my pizza would take 5 minutes and it's been nearly 20 minutes at this point. I'll just give my business elsewhere if you can't get a pizza out in an empty store on time

We just moved into the area & decided we'd go to Mountain Mike's as we had a location near our last home we always enjoyed. This location offered a far different experience. This store is run by a staff of teens who could care less about the customers. They're on their cell phones constantly & the food came out (pizza & wings) burnt to a near crisp. $70 to feed my family burnt food? No thank you. We'll never spend another dime here. Save your money and time. Avoid this Mountain Mike's location and go elsewhere for pizza or wings.

Seems like new owner is a cheapie. I’ve been going to this location for years until recently ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was made with old cheese because you can smell and taste it was bad, and not only that but there wasn’t much cheese at all. Used to be young kind kids from the neighborhood working there eager to please, always asking if you need cheese, peppers, ranch, utensils, napkins, or plates. Sometimes i forget yea I do need Parmesan but never been offered it now seems the owner son or family member is handling day to day operations and you gotta ask for anything extra, while his BMW 7 series sits parked out front of the mountain mikes you can tell he can’t wait to get out of there and dealing with customers is a drag… hmmm can afford a 7 series for your boy but not fresh cheese for paying customers??? I will not be going back ever! I do not support these kinds of crooked business owners!Parking: Big BMW 7 series always in the way.

I'm not sure if this is standard for all locations, but the medium "12 slice" pizza is actually really small. Each slice was half the size of my hand. Fortunately, the pizza was good. However, this was as good as it gets. I ordered chicken wings that came to me completely burnt and stuck to the cardboard case. It was completely inedible. On top of that, they forgot the sauces I had ordered as well. The Garlic Not Knots were just okay. They were very flat and tough to bite into. Overall, I probably will never go back to this location or even a Mountain Mike's in general. It's very overpriced for the quality and quantity you get.
