I shop at Raleys in Granite Bay all the time. It is my favorite store. I love it, everybody there is always so kind and helpful. I just wanted to give a shout out to Nate, he is often working in produce and sometimes working in the checkout stands. He has helped me so many times find produce that I was looking for, go in the back to see if they have more and just any kind of help that I needed. He’s always super nice and helpful.

The Staff at Granite Bay Raley's have always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Robert in the dairy department recently provided outstanding service. We were looking for our favoite yogurt which was out of stock and he searched the back for the product and when it wasn't to be found, he let us know when the shipment would come in. Robert showed he really cared about meeting our needs. Robert is an asset to Raley's!

The store has such a welcoming atmosphere, and everything is beautifully displayed, making it easy to explore their incredible selection.
What really stood out was the quality of the products. Each item feels well-curated and thoughtfully chosen—nothing feels generic. I ended up purchasing a cake for a birthday party, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. It looks and tastes amazing.
On top of that, the staff at Ralyey’s were fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to offer suggestions without being pushy—shopping here was a breeze.
If you’re looking for high-quality, unique items in a relaxed yet stylish setting, Ralyey’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

I do like this store however when they run out of certain items it seems like they do not want to restock them. I have been waiting for 3 months for the little mozzarella balls to come back. They tell me that they must be out of stock. I’ve been receiving coupons for them from Raley’s. Safeway always has them no matter what! The produce they sell is horrible and some of the stuff they sell in the produce is already expired or will expire very soon. You pay top dollar there for produce and it’s just not very good. I do like several employees there in Patty, Amber, Christy Anderson, Lolu and Michael. All very nice people who work their tails off. And my good friend Cathey who was there in the wine department for quite some time and was fired unjustly. Now because of the lousy produce and lack of inventory I will be going to the new grocery store , The Nugget that will open soon. This store needs a new manager because of lousy restocking , a good produce person. All the people I mentioned earlier should all get a raise because they are all kind and work their rear ends off. All the others could care less.

Ashley was just a delight. I went for the first time to Raley's wine tasting. She made the experience beyond wonderful and super fun. She's so personable and we got even talking about her adorable dog. This is my favorite Raley's store and Ashley definitely made my Friday even more enjoyable. If you've never been to this store check it out. Always in stock and so clean. If you need anything, ask for Ashley and she will help you out.

I’ve shopped at this Raley’s for over 20 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The produce and fruit are always fresh and their meat and fish are excellent. I will remain a loyal customer!

We attended the Raleys Friday wine tasting in Granite Bay and Ashely has provided us such wonderful customer service. She is friendly and kind and very knowledgeable about the wines we are tasting. She always makes sure we are comfortable.

I absolutely LOVE this store. Managers and staff are very friendly. I just wish there was a checkout system when you buy alcohol. Theres been times where we’ve waited in like for 15-20 just for a a couple of single cans of beer. Other than that, LOVE THIS PLACE!
