I mainly use the pharmacy services. This Walgreens has a drive up window, which is awesome on the days I have mobility issues. Today, there was 1 Pharmacist and 3 pharmacy technicians. They were able to manage the drive up window, the inside store counter, provide covid vaccination, and fill prescriptions. They work hard at providing safe and efficient customer service.

I have been to 3 of your walgreens and this has been the best service I've ever received. I don't plan on leaving and the extra drive time is worth it.

Move your service to a pharmacy where the pharmacists stay within the guidelines of their license and not try to diagnose and override the physician… recommend finding another pharmacy.
In all the years I’ve worked in the medical profession, the pharmacist I dealt with at Walgreens overstepped. He made an error on the prescription provided by my physician. He did not apply a refill to my record and then stated that HE “would decide or another pharmacist would decide whether they thought my medical issue still existed for that refill of antibiotic”. I mentioned to him that a Pharmacist cannot diagnose. He then rebutted by stating that “they can call the physician then to see if he wanted it filled”. Huh? Well.. here's a clue.. the physician wrote it for a refill purposefully, with intent. I think this pharmacist was attempting to distract from the error he made on my prescription.
I then called his manager who was also a pharmacist. I asked her how she felt about the pharmacist she was managing telling me “he would decide if I still needed the refill of antibiotic”. She, stated that a pharmacist can decide if they feel comfortable refilling a prescription. Hmmm .. it's antibiotic lol.
Anyhow, I will be reporting this to the California State Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacists cannot diagnose and that is exactly what he stated he was going to do in order to provide a refill for antibiotic.
It appears Walgreens pharmacists are way too entitled by trying to diagnose and play physician. Generally if a pharmacist works at Walgreens they are new to the field or can't get a job elsewhere. It appears this is the case.

The pharmacy technician who helped us named Felicia is an amazing and truly invaluable member of this Walgreens! She was so helpful in assisting us with our complicated situation and found a way to get us a savings on our prescription we were picking up. She has a warm personality and gave us the best genuine customer service ever

Poorly managed and archaic tracking systems. Frequently with my medication refill I am told it is “unavailable from their supplier” with no “ETA on restock date”. “But once we get it we will refill it and contact you.” No, that is a lie. They never follow up when their supplier is out of stock. I went 30 days before getting my refill recently, and it was only because I kept calling and checking. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP AND DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE ANY CONCERN. Parm, are you still the district manager of this store? Please get them straightened out.

I scheduled for a vaccine, got there on time; staff were polite but the whole process was extremely slow, considering I filled all forms online (ahead of time) and they were not understaffed, but took them 45 minutes to come for administering the vaccine.

This used to be my favorite walgreens until today. I went to a different one last night and spent over $50. There was an item that I didn't need so I decided to go exchange at this location. When I got to the counter with my items to exchange, the clerk called all the managers over (4 people). They all stared me down without greeting me. The item I was returning was $8. They started saying it was not their product even though I had the receipt. Then asked why I went to another store last night. They then told me to put my number in. After looking at my account they said there was no proof I bought the item (even though I had the bag, receipt, and it was not opened). I couldn't remember if I put my number in last night. But i thought it was fine as i had my reciept and credit card. They refused to exchange the item or return it because they said it wasn't their product or their location. I guess they shared the information with other customers in the store as the entire store was staring at me. It was completely humiliating. I ended up just throwing the item away. I'll never shop here again.

I smoke a certain brand of cigarette and wall greens has them cheaper than most that sell them. I get a $1.00 coupon in every pack and the lady who waited on me said in a snotty voice we don't take coupons. I responded so I have to pull out my driver's license to show you and now you say u don't accept coupon that came in pack. Her response was WHY DONT YOU BUY THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN. This place is around the corner from where I live but I WON'T BE BACK TO THIS WALGREENS FOR ANYTHING... THEY DONT NEED MY MONEY
