I scheduled for a vaccine, got there on time; staff were polite but the whole process was extremely slow, considering I filled all forms online (ahead of time) and they were not understaffed, but took them 45 minutes to come for administering the vaccine.

This used to be my favorite walgreens until today. I went to a different one last night and spent over $50. There was an item that I didn't need so I decided to go exchange at this location. When I got to the counter with my items to exchange, the clerk called all the managers over (4 people). They all stared me down without greeting me. The item I was returning was $8. They started saying it was not their product even though I had the receipt. Then asked why I went to another store last night. They then told me to put my number in. After looking at my account they said there was no proof I bought the item (even though I had the bag, receipt, and it was not opened). I couldn't remember if I put my number in last night. But i thought it was fine as i had my reciept and credit card. They refused to exchange the item or return it because they said it wasn't their product or their location. I guess they shared the information with other customers in the store as the entire store was staring at me. It was completely humiliating. I ended up just throwing the item away. I'll never shop here again.

Visited Walgreens, Granite Bay, CA location for a custom poster print out. The young gentleman Mr. Justin at photo department helped me to copy the picture from my phone, to finalize the size of the poster, to choose the background colour according to my need & liking. He showed great patience answering my inquiries in a professional way. He spend more than half an hour helping me customize the poster. Definitely workers like him is an asset for Walgreens. Thank you Walgreens and Mr. Justin!

They never answer the phone; not because they are so busy helping people. Because they are lazy. they will literally pick up and hang up; take off hold and re-hold calls just to stop the phone from ringing... repeatedly.

They are supposedly a fedex drop location but they couldn't figure out how to accept my already packaged, labeled, and paid fedex mailer. They demanded I show them a receipt for my medical test being mailed instead of scanning the paid mailer into the system

The tech named Anthony with black rimmed glasses in January 2023 was passive aggressively rude. We are considering switching to purchasing all of our medications online after this last experience. This is not the first time where this Walgreens has messed up our orders and were unwilling to fess up to their mistakes.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to and I keep forgetting to change my pharmacy with my doctors office. Long wait times even though there's no one there. They will completely ignore you. The staff are always rude and act like they hate their job.

Pharmacy review: Ok. Customer service is average at best. Drive through is great help with kids. Doctor notes were ambiguous (so they say but made perfect sense to me) and pharmacy was completely inflexible and had no ability to manage with doctors office. No medicine. 2 day delay. Not great.

I came here with my wife just to simply take a passport photo. It was 4pm and they close at 10pm. There was 1 other person in line who paid and then left. We were turned away because they were "too busy". We've had passport photos taken at a different Walgreens before and it was something that only took 2 minutes to take the photo and another 5 minutes to get the print, so it makes it hard to believe that this (at the time empty) store, was too busy. The employee made it sound like a passport photo was a difficult task that may require multiple employees to accomplish. Unfortunately we didn't remember to get the employees name.

I should've called the Police. They were selling EXPIRED medications. Bought cough medication yesterday. Took one dose then read that it expired in 04/2022. Now is 10/2022. It's been expired for SIX MONTHS!!! Cashier told me that there are signs in the store telling customers to check the expire date. She was blaming me for not checking!!!

Do not use this pharmacy if you require lifesaving medication. Due to the poor corporate management, no contingency plans are in place if the pharmacist is unable to be at work, so this pharmacy will be closed at unexpected times. The policy still allows them to accept prescriptions that they cannot fill if you have an urgent need (for example, this may result in not getting your medication even if you need it in 24 hours). Very friendly staff when they are open. Not their fault. Terrible corporate policy has led to inconsistent and unreliable service with no contingency for real life needs of pharmacy staff members.
