My oil change service started on time and completed when they said it would be The people were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost and the waiting room was comfortable. They would have driven me home if I wanted. I'm definitely going back!

Excellent experience getting new tires and an oil change. Staff was very kind and respectful. Price was reasonable and they even fixed a few extra things at no charge. Best of all they were honest and I didn’t receive a mid day call telling me I needed more things done.

Russ ans Kim's place was great. They provided Ample blankets and a heater for the chilly night. I like that the entire front wall is made of glass. A neat feature. Hot water in the shower(although a bit tricky for a 6'1 fella but manageable).100% recommend

After getting my oil changed I went to the gas station to air up my tire because I have to do that on a regular basis with a screw in it, but when I got to the gas station to air it up it was already done! They definitely go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in top shape. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service!

Sadly this experience was not professional. September 2022 brought my jeep in for a service shifter light on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. They replaced the shifter column. Two weeks ago the service shifter light came on. Took it in and a 173.00 dollars later and them needed to keep it over night, which was not supposed to happen. Their professional opinion, something must have gotten spilled and the liquid somehow leaked into the shifter plug. Now there is no up top evidence meaning we did not spill anything. I asked shouldn't those plugs be water tight, and the answer, so are some aren't. I'll never go back. Mom had a bad experience there too.UPDATEThe shop reached out and we were able to come up with a fix. So because they were professional and went above and beyond and made it right. I will continue to use them as my trusted mechanics.Service: Electrical

The team at All Star is great. So happy I decided to try out their shop a year or so ago. Been back for a few things since then, (oil changes, new tires & alignment, issue diagnostics) and they are always honest, so helpful, care about my car and my needs, and treat me with respect. Honest, reasonable pricing as well, which is hard to come by when you own an Audi and want to avoid the dealership experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance
