I had a nice time paying my phone bill. I had just lost the back of my phone in that coffee shop across from book store in down town grass valley. Discouraged, I went and bought a at&t prepaid phone at best buy Auburn and at&t grass valley prepay center. with a great deals on high speed data helps cause I attended school in Beverly hills and just graduated. However phone went missing
But I graduated school, fashion designer. LVMH.
So I gots the life the love the light.

Scam Alert! I walked in and asked for the cheapest phone plan available. With buying a new phone, and the usual fees, I just paid. After I left, I thought, "hey, where's the paper work?" I went back and was told it would be emailed to me. Later, when I checked, my monthly bill was much, much more then I'd been told. It turns out the woman signed me up for 3 things I didn't want! I called AT&T, and was told I had to wait 30 days to cancel. I believe that a lot of people wouldn't check the fine print, but just pay the bill every month, including paying for things they did not want or ask for.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with AT&T. Despite repeated assurances from a manager, my billing issues remain unresolved, leading to an exhausting cycle of promises with no follow-through. Initially, I was assured that my bill would not exceed $200, yet here I am, staring down a bill for $278. This discrepancy has been addressed four times by going back into the store (waiting hours), along with at least six phone calls to AT&T, and in two separate emails, highlighting the frustration and the financial inconsistencies promised versus what's being billed. The lack of resolution and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction has significantly marred my view of their customer service. Adding insult to injury, I was told I was going to be given a free watch, which I didn't even want, and now they are continuing to charge me for it. My journey began with an understanding that my total bill, inclusive of taxes and phone costs, would hover around $200--a figure I was comfortable with. However, this estimate failed to materialize in reality, resulting in a significant overcharge that no one seems able to rectify. The level of service incompetence has not only wasted my time (over 10 hours spent in-store and on calls attempting to resolve these issues) but also eroded any trust I had in their commitment to customer care. It's disheartening to find oneself in a position where the only recourse appears to be escalating the matter beyond the manager who had committed to resolving these issues. For potential customers considering their services, I implore you to reconsider. The lack of accountability and the sheer magnitude of billing discrepancies I've encountered are indicative of a systemic problem that goes beyond just my experience. It's clear that the assurances given are not worth the paper they're written on.

Bianca was awesome- prompt, efficient, friendly and so helpful. Already I’m so happy that I switched from Verizon- I hope the cell service is as good as the customer service.

Jason was an excellent salesperson! I felt warmly greeted, invited in… welcomed. He was knowledgeable about the products/services and I will be buying from him again! I will be in the market for some new phones & wouldn’t choose anyone else to buy from!

They are an authorized retailer, not a corporate. They can't do everything you might need. Certain things you must call or go to the Auburn location.The people were helpful and nice.

Lady in the store lied and said we couldn’t port cricket number to att. Att owns cricket. So she said she couldn’t because she could get commission on a sale BEWARE

The lady working today lied to my boyfriend and said we could not port over a cricket phone number to AT&T AT&T owns cricket and yes you can port it over. Sorry you lost out in commission but that is not necessary to lie because you lose out.

Great service for my new phone. The rebate for turning in my old phone which I did today could have been better explained and my monthly cost less rebate was not explained but rather around $20 per month but cumulative over months of My contractSo an answer to tell me how much my monthly will be once returned phone is logged in would be greatly appreciated.
