Walk in, no hello, a young kid working counter, doesn't offer to help. I needed a battery. I hear do you need help finding something, I turn around, the young man offered help to a gentleman who walked in after. I DON'T LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE A FOOL. JUST BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN, YOU DON'T OFFER ME HELP.

I do not know how every Auto Zone I've ever been in manages to be awesome but this is yet another awesome Auto Zone. I forgot to check coolant in my truck last time I changed my oil, truck was overheating. The Auto Zone staff selected a coolant, a thermostat and walked me through a youtube video of the replacement process. Knowledgeable staff, clearly very interested in cars, great service. I think the store should give these gents a raise.

needs a new store manager.
Jimmy used to be the parts manager at Kragens. He burned me on a core charge, telling me i had to pay a hefty core deposit on a pair of cv axles. He said i could buy the parts with paying the depist. He swore he would give me back my money when i brought the old parts back, however when i returned he refused to give me my money. He began yelling at me demanding my green card, i am an American citizen. I am going to avoid shopping here. I recommend termination for him.

Terrible customer service, especially the night manager guy with the ponytail. they are so rude, and make it clear they don't want to help me. Very incompetent, and because they didn't actually charge my battery, I was stranded late at night with a dead battery. Incompetent is an understatement.

Went to the store on Brunswick in Grass Valley at 7:30 pm, bought a new car battery as mine had died and my car had to be jump-started, Taylor removed the old battery and installed the new one quickly, and I was on my way in less that 20 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service or more efficiency. Plus, Taylor was such a good guy. Good job, AutoZone (and Taylor).

The customer service of this establishment is outstanding. They really make you feel like you are being taken care of. Austin helped me out and he was great. Very grateful for the help!

Had a horrible little run in with an employee named Austin that states he is the manager. He actually had the audacity to hang up when asked if he was going to continue to speak over my friend. Very rude. Then when we called back and asked him who his manager is he told us it was none of our business. Id like to think that this is not how Autozone does business..and I would also like to think that this will be corrected.

Brought an old battery back to get the core charge returned. A clerk who had been there only 3 days. He was in training and didn't know how to do the return. A female employee came up to help and not only was she short with the new employee but quite rude with the customer also. WILL NOT RETURN!!!
