Worst service period. 1 teller working Monday morning. Waited in line a half hour and was told the bank prefers you to use an ATM. Closed my account today.

Literally the slowest branch ever!! Always 2 tellers and constant asking for help. They are nice but dang they need to really have 3 or 4 tellers at any time.

This bank is the slowest operating BOA I've ever been to... there's no sense of urgency, they rarely have enough staff on hand. Truly a terrible choice if you in the area and need to walk inside, find another location close by

Absolutely ridiculous. Spent over an hour here to close an acct and then had to wait in line to get money from closed acct. 2 tellers working out of what 10 Stations. And over 10 people waiting in line . Absolutely horrible horrible service

Most ridiculous bank I've ever been to with the longest wait time regardless of there being 5 tellers just wandering behind the line aimlessly with only 1 window open.. jesus.. almost as bad as Wells Fargo and their fees. Sorry the negative review, but c'mon, treat the folks who walk in your doors a little nicer instead of brushing them off or acting like their business inconveniences you.

Kudos to Alice & Chris ( branch manager) @ this B of A. We had previously been to the Church St. B of A & experienced horrible customer service. We were impressed W/ the kind, Happy & professional customer service we encountered . We've been to other B of A locations from Grass Valley to Portland Maine & the Sutton Way location sure beats them all.
