“WOW! OUT OF STATE SERVICE! I tried to order my replacement battery from RAD BIKES for 3 full years. It was always out of stock, then Rad tells me to just buy a new bike that battery isn't made anymore. After many failed searches for over 2 years, Chat GPT found Area 13. They hoped on a call w me had me text me photos of the my connections and delivered a very hard to get new battery!!! It wasn't cheap, but their service and dedication has me riding my bike again! THANK YOU BLAKE AND TEAM AT AREA 13!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE. (I live In Pittsburgh)”
