Sold me a phone that seems referbished or damaged only had a quarter of the memory it was supposed to and the frame is broken . tried to return it then they tried to keep my 25 "activation fee". I don't really see why this place is still in business and I'm switching to t-mobile it att as soon as my service is over.

They post that they are open until 8pm.However I arrived at 7:30 pm and they were closed. I drove 45 mins to get there because the hour posted was open til 8pm

This evening we added a new phone line to our plan and got a new phone as well. The man that helped us Josh was incredibly helpful. He was also really fun to hang out with well we were going though the process above which you know is not enjoyable. The manager was also very kind and accommodating. Shout out to Josh, what ever your making you deserve a raise!!

I highly recommend Cricket. They offer affordable plans and coverage area is extensive. However this particular store seems neglected by corporate. Maybe because it's a smaller town? It is frustrating when technical problems r/t poor communication by corporate causes closure at this location. The nearest store, to Grass Valley, is a 40min drive. Please provide staff with what they need to run this location smoothly. You have helpful knowledgeable staff. Treat them as such. In addition your customers money is what keeps you in business as a company.

Lucky I did my research before arriving and was pretty sure of the phone I wanted but I did still have a few questions on the phone but mostly about the case I would need having been disappointed on previous protective cases. After asking, what seemed to be the only employee in the store, the questions about the phone I planned to purchase and getting same responses as I found online, I started asking about protective cases and soon realized she was looking them up online ..and using that as her answers. I had to have a phone that day and wasn't leaving without a case so went with her suggestion. During and after my purchase I continued to ask about the case. After the $40 purchase she then told me I couldn't return or trade for a different case at the store. Even though I had just purchased from there. As I was afraid the case was far from what I needed or worked as I dropped it 3 days later and instantly the face cracked in multiple directions. I know I should have done my research on the case but I don't think it's too much to ask that store employees are more knowledgeable of their in-store products ...without Google.

I drove to Cricket Wireless 5 times to G.V. Ca., they have been closed for 5 days.......ever feel like ripping hunks of hair out of your hair....if you ever do, want to scream and cuss at the top of your lungs, go with CRICKET WIRELESS...NEVER EVER buy an Acatel flip phone, yes, some of us STILL do use them....we have to in our case. The ACATEL PHONES ARE G-A-R-B-A-G-E.... the reason being they are nothing but trash made in of course CHINA....I had no idea when I bought a new JITTERBUT...all it is, more CHINA crap...all they did was switch the cover, open the back up to read MORE ACATEL GARBAGE FROM CHINA....I have been trying to set up this new piece of garbage over the PHONE with Cricket...I have been without a phone for + days now, being the ONLY store in the area, G.V. Ca. is closed, I have been on the phone talking to Cricket explaining this to them, been on hold for 1 hour...IF THEIR PHONES WORK, its good coverage...the VERY SECOND YOU NEED THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT GET IT....Returning this garbage, posting all of this ON FACE BOOK...I am asking all to share!!! Funny, when a company goes under, they wonder why....

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a phone from this location and had the phone 1 month and it has already glitched to an extreme, called and texts when I don't even push the button. I have to turn the phone off and back on when it freezes and I can't hear when it calls. Don't buy from here!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a phone, and waited 3 hours for it to work.THERE WAS A CLEARLY SNIFFLING AND SICK EMPLOYEE WEARING NO MASK. Then the next day when i NEEDED it,the phone says it needs to sign in to the cell network. I'm having to go back today to try and get this fixed,or I'm asking for a full refund. The phone is so slow that it can barely run Maps to post this review. Waste of 200$, only go with them if you have no other option. There are better cheap carriers.
