I recently got my flu and covid vaccinations and was able to receive them 2 separate times within 5 minutes. I found the pharmacists to be knowledgeable and very helpful. This was the most efficient and best experience I’ve had in this town getting vaccinated.

Will never buy anything here. I use insulin syringes to inject vitamins that need to be injected intramuscular. I always buy insulin syringes from CVS and never have any problem. I talked to the pharmacist here who informed me that this specific store has their own policy and they will not sell you a syringe unless you have a prescription that they can see in their system that you're filling with CVS specifically. So in other words, they're set up to have a cash grab where you can't actually get syringes unless you're buying your prescription from them too. What a trashy way to do business! The Walgreens in town happens to be out right now, so now I have no access to syringes because this CVS store will only sell them to you if you're making them money on prescriptions as well.

They are the worst pharmacy I Ever had so I’m changing my pharmacy. They told me they had my meds yesterday so I came in this morning. I’ve waited over an hour. They said they had to fill it and then they said they don’t have it so I’m done.

Poor customer service and the app that I use for CVS is never accurate sometimes I try to get my medicine early cuz it's on a weekend and I don't have to deal with it on a weekday but they're always giving me the runaround and I feel like it's on purpose

I have been trying to get delivery of meds since 19th of July, then received a message they couldn't deliver after they debited my account..then they said they would deliver on 25th, on 24 they said meds in there office I only had 7 days to pick up, then I went to the pharmacy to pick up on 25 at 930am..they said meds not there out for delivery..and the gentleman showed
me the print out..so they certainly don't have control of their deliverys..but at 3:00 in the afternoon I received a message delivery canceled..so I went to the pharmacy..where the lady said I don't know how to help u..unacceptable!! They didn't know where meds were..
So, now waiting for a new prescription from the doctor..unbelievable!!
Who deletes the deliverys!
Who manages the delivery's..and don't they have a sign out log..for the delivery's..I understand mistakes it's simply a part of life..
However, over and over again..who signed out the meds? Unacceptable professional service.
Now I wait for the doctor renew prescription..no one would believe it..but I've screened shot all the emails and texts..

I like that there are a variety of choices for all over the counter drugs. I prefer to use self checkout unless I have paper coupons. Even then someone behind the counter will help me navigate this speedbump of knowledge.

Friendly and helpful staff. They always have my medications in stock. The wait time isn't very long. I would recommend cvs if someone wanted to change pharmacies.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the CVS Pharmacy on Sutton in Grass Valley, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making what could be a stressful experience feel truly pleasant. The pharmacists are not only excellent at their jobs but also fast and efficient, ensuring I received my medications on time. Their professionalism and care are top-notch. I highly recommend this CVS location to anyone in the area. 5/5 Stars!!

I've gone to this CVS for years, and it's not my favorite, but it's never been super awful.... until recently. I can understand backordered medications and being busy... and I have had great experiences with some kind and understanding employees. However, recently, it's been awful. I recently needed a medication for my son which does get on back order often, and he was out . Our doctor sent it over on Friday (because my son had no more medication left) but CVS said they couldn't fill it because I needed to call my insurance and hash it out with them. I did that, and my insurance was shocked because that's the pharmacy's job... they just needed to provide a code to my insurance that I can't give. So, I called CVS Monday morning, and they said that wasn't true and to call my doctor. Did that, and recieved the sane answer. Called CVS again, and they insisted me, my insurance, AND my doctor were wrong. Meanwhile, my son was out of his meds 3 days now.
SO... I HAD the prescriptions sent to another pharmacy. That pharmacy called my insurance, with me on the line, gave them the codes, and it was approved in less than 60 seconds. My kid could have had his medication 3 days earlier EASILY had CVS just completed their job.
I don't know what's going on at this CVS, but their lack of knowledge about how to do key components of their job is a very big problem. The amount of times I have waited and been bounced around here for things that in the end are nit complicated, is unreal. I won't be using them anymore.
