I didn't say anything on my last visit, but this was the second time a month apart. Understaffed, and the company thinks by installing electronic self-check machines that one human cashier is enough. Then, when the one cashier is not happy... Such was Alexis. The main issue though is the coupons they send in the mail that never seem to apply to any merchandise in the store - irregardless of what the coupon says. Even the 30% off coupon that says "30% off your entire purchase" is totally useless at the register... Oh for the good ol' days when this company was "Long's Drugs", and service mattered...

the cashier at the pharmacy told me my prescription would be ready in "10-15 minutes" then i waited for an hour and half with little to no remorse that they gave me false information. i would have gone home had the prescription not been ready and would have been totally fine. i dont typically write reviews but why is my time viewed as less valuable?

Great pharmacy and good product. Friendly pharmacists and free medicine with Medi-Cal.

This place is centrally located with big Safeway, Mexican restaurant and coffee Cafe [just to name a few]. They have a wide selection of beauty products, over the counter medicines, in store pharmacy and good deals on liquor. Although they are short staffed the employees that work there are awesome and hard working. Thanks to Jose M (manager) for helping out wherever is needed! Ps. Go early if you can to avoid the crowds!

If you're going to make people wait in the pharmacy line for 15+ minutes to pickup something that should be OTC, then it would be nice if your inventory cards matched ACTUAL INVENTORY at the pharmacy. Thank you for wasting my lunch break!

Unbelievable incompetence and rudeness, avoid this store at all costs . They will only enrage you . The pharmacist is obviously trying to be fired . They don't care and will make you insane dealing with them . The rudest , store ever . Beware

It took CVS well over 24 hours to process paxlovid for my covid. My household is also infected. I asked for home delivery and was told no. I asked if it could be brought to me in the parking lot and was told no. I was told to come in the store for pickup even though I am a senior with covid. I explained that CVS lines were incredibly long and sometimes took well over 30 minutes of standing. CVS, never again. Not a community asset.

Just avoid at all costs... if you go in you'll then understand this crap rating. Long lines... I'm talking don't go unless you have a free hour.

I've tried calling for 3 days. They will not pick the phone up. I have covid and need someone to pick up my prescription, l have an important question before my meds are to be picked up. I'm furious

Pharmacy is horrible about picking up their phone! Part of your job is to service your pharmacy windows AND service customers on the phone at the same time instead of letting someone sit for an HOUR on hold. Not a very good business practice.

The pharmacy lines at this CVS are ridiculously long and move painfully slow. I've never seen more than two of the four registers open. This has been the reality since I started using this pharmacy over a year ago.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. They don't even bother to answer their phone. Horrible service. Always have empty shelves. Why even have the store open.

I was received a message from CVS advising me my medications were ready, and after waiting in line for half an hour the woman behind the counter said if I would wait for half an hour my meds would be ready. I told her that I had received a message saying they were ready and she said that they were running a week and a half behind. So, if I receive a message saying my meds are ready I should wait a week and a half? I'm very unsatisfied.

On NYE, I was having a terrible day and went into this store for apple juice at about 10:30pm. The man working at the check stand was the kindest person I've ever met. Showed me a picture of his cat. Made my whole day better.

I made an appointment online (as recommended) for my flu shot at 9:30 am. In order to speed the process up it is recommended to complete the insurance information online - Done. I also checked in online, as recommended. They verify my info, appointment, insurance and zero co-pay. Now it is 9:20 am and they tell me, "We will start the vaccines at 10 AM. That's right 10 AM!! Why to you offer appointment beginning at 9 AM if you don't start the entire process until 10?!?!
