So helpful, lovely people work there. They had a chance to charge me a ton of money and instead they put in the time to help that not happen. Will most definitely go back and would recommend Eagle Automotive!

Best mechanic shop around. period. Eric and his crew are amazing. They have been taking care of my family for years. I won't go anywhere else. I trust that if Eric says there is a problem it's a problem. They never overcharge or try to up sell and talk us into anything he gives me all the information to make an informed decision. Cannot recommend this shop enough! First, and foremost, incredibly quality work from diagnosis to execution. Secondly, they are not trying to sell you anything you don't need. They are forward and upfront and provide the customer with all the information necessary to make an intelligent, informed choice. Their shop rates are reasonable and worth every penny. You are in good hands with Eric and his team.

Thank you eagle automotive! Very trustworthy and good people operate this establishment. Was always a pleasure communicating with the front office. When the remanufactured ac part that I took a risk on getting installed didn’t work out, Eric and the team went above and beyond in softening the blow for me and doing what they could to help me get it sorted. Although I had some bad luck, it felt great to know that honest people were doing what they could to help me out. If I lived in the area I would call up eagle automotive time and time again for my mechanic needs. Thanks so much!

Mechanics are one of those critical necessities in life. For many of us, we'd be lost without them, so when you find a really good one, be grateful for them because they're not always easy to find.Eric, at Eagle automotive has a long standing reputation for automotive excellence in Nevada county as a top mechanic and I can personally attest to that. His entire shop has fantastic people working with him to.He's not only a master mechanic but he's very honest and his prices reflect that. He doesn't need to play around with cost because the quality of his work speaks for itself and that's the best way to get repeat business and glowing reviews, like this one. We were a cutomer of Eagle Automotive since around 2009. We spent $1,800+ on labor with the Chevy Tahoe and $2,646 on the GMC Suburban not including parts. Eric was always fair until... We have a Check Engine light that comes on intermittently and Eric said when it comes on to bring it right in for a reading. It came on and we went in and his girlfriend Ronda told us he does not have time for us anymore. Boy, were we crushed. We still haven't found another competent shop and NO phone calls telling us to come back, sorry, bad day, etc.

I have been using Eagle Automotive for my automotive repairs for years now. All of the technicians working there are experienced, efficient, professional and pleasant. I recommend everyone in my family to Eric at Eagle first, because even though there are some (and really it's only a few) services that are not routinely being performed there, there is never a question of the quality of the workmanship or a concern about the very fair pricing. Hands down the best general automotive repair facility in the Nevada County area.Services: Air conditioning
