Arrived on a Monday and the doors are locked at 1:30. Told by a customer that sometimes they go to lunch on Mondays and they don’t know what time there’s never a sign out. They just “leave and come back whenever”. Everybody needs a lunch hour just post to sign. It would be a good business practice.

I called FedEx corporate to get a phone number for Grass Valleys on Spring Hill Dr. The agent said he call to see if they were open. Agent told me that they were open. Just get there before 5:00pm. Drove 20 minutes and they were closed. I’m Pissed off.

My delivery was dropped off on a side street, no where in site of house or shop .. and of course it was stolen, so fedex doesn’t want to deliver to the correct address

My package consisted of an electric cooker. Fed ex has my gate code. The driver did not use my gate code, instead dropped the box over my gate. I tried to call the local office. Only got a robot call or a person that spoke very poor English. I have not opened this package. If indeed it works when I try to use it, I want a complaint filed for the deliver person either way. My gate code is on file. Very negligent

Delivery person left my electronics in the rain when I built a drop box for packages that keeps the rain off clearly in the picture. I called customer support to check delivery instructions on my account only to be transferred to a survey!
It's not that hard folks. Frustrating.

Arrived at exactly 5:29 pm, almost closing time... as I walked up to the door, which was already locked, I could see two people inside, a female employee and a man, either a customer or a friend, she was chatting with. The door had obviously been locked, before 5:30pm...so I waved at her and said "I just need to drop off a package that already has a prepaid label, no transaction needed". She opened the door and, at first, hesitated, then said "No, I'm taking anything else today." Again, I explained it's ready to go, nothing else is needed and all you'd need to do is just take it. She told me I could drop it in the box outside... she even unlocked the door and came outside to point at the drop box. I told her, "I would have done that, but the package won't fit in the drop box." So, I again asked her, "Would you please just take it?" And, once again, she refused -- and not in a professional way, but in a persnickety and rude way.
She could have taken the package, without any of the extra effort in doing a transaction, but she was on some kind of power trip, as there was absolutely no logical rationale for not taking my package inside. The thing is, it wasn't that FedEx wouldn't accept it, SHE wouldn't accept it.
In the time she put into coming to the door, opening the door, pointing at the drop box and once again in an authoritative tone, saying "I AM NOT TAKING ANYTHING ELSE TODAY!"
Not once, did she state it's against FedEx policy, or I'm sorry, but I can't take packages once I've locked the doors, etc. She could have used some basic customer service skills and simply took my package, but she chose to be rude and unhelpful. I didn't get her name, but I'm sure it's not difficult to find out who was closing on October 11, 2024 at the Springhill Ship Center in Grass Valley.

So this is the second time I've had to come over to this facility because they are unable to deliver packages to the places that they were sent. the package that they had, had the correct address on it was supposed to be delivered Friday and was not for insufficient address on Sunday. I had a FedEx truck here next door, which is the same address, just a different space number and they got their package just fine. The driver's here do not care about your packages. If you get them or not have. They no sense of how to read an address and need some extra training. When I arrived at this facility, the person on duty was also very rude and had a long day and said they couldn't even deliver the package because they had already signed off their equipment wasn't working. So they had to take a picture of it to be able to put it on their truck and deliver it tomorrow, even though they were able to hand me the package that day. This place definitely needs a redo some extra training. in customer service and ability to read addresses. I hope you guys take the appropriate steps to make this place the way it should be. Or maybe just replace the whole crew.
