Probably the worst haircut I have ever received since my mom chopped my bangs off at age 8! Very uneven, and I got a Bob; so it's obvious. Was also overcharged.

Very unhappy with my trim today. I’ve never seen such an uneven cut on my hair in my life. Now I’ll have to lose even more length and money to get this fixed.

Mostly good cuts over the last two years. Offered and trimmed eyebrows. Nice. $24. The Senior discount I think is $22. Never waited more than 10 min. Well staffed. Always 3-4 cutters when I've been there. Polite and I've seen them be very patient with the old folks. There's two Great Clips in Grass Valley. Be sure the right one is selected for online check-in time slots.

Right then, I should have written this years ago! I've been going to this location for a while now. I've never made an appointment, never downloaded their app. I've always been served quickly without any undue wait.
There are other things I'd rather do than get a Haircut, so, when I found John I stuck with him. John knows I don't want to be there, so he gets right to it. I'll usually doze off a bit, just alert enough to tilt my head as needed. John and I chatted a little more yesterday than usual but, he got me out in 30 minutes, haircut, beard pruning, and taming my angry looking eyebrows. Thank You John! Cheers!
