“My family and I wanted to go on a random day trip to a place where we have never been before. It was a holiday and raining so half of the stores were closed. My son saw this spot and wanted to go inside because he likes the clothes style in skate shops. It looked like a typical skate shop except for one difference. Their customer service was amazing. The first person we talked to answered all my sons' questions about a ton of shoes. After that he realized we were not from Grass Valley, so he gave us a ton of options of things to see in the area and places to eat. This was extremely helpful because the kids were hungry from the drive. The second person was behind the counter and gave all the kids stickers and we had a quick chat. We did not buy something this day, but it makes us want to go back and if we do there are some shoes my son wants. Customer service like this helps everyone around them because we will always remember this spot and want to go back.”

“Brittany has helped me twice in this store. She was so helpful, I thought she was the owner. She pointed out that she isn't the owner, she just cares about her customers. She can size you up by looking at you and picked out the perfect sized underwear for me. I had lost a lot of weight and was clueless about my size. She helped me pick out Saxx underwear for my husband and some shirts for me. The bamboo is super soft and resilient. I'm loving the products and the customer service. I will be back every time we are in town.”
