I called told it was a free diagnosis, and it would be ready by weds. ,So he jumped on it, and I had 15-30 mins to get down thpick it up. On weds. My plan was to repair myselfAnd repair it myself, but instead he calls me with a price and doesn't explain the reason and he forgot the free word. So now he has my equipment. And wants me to pay 50.00 , I wouldn't of brought it down there if it was gonna cost me a diagnosis, I think Dave forgot he said free, I walked out after dropping it off, and he was testing a battery for free ?? Then when I went to go pick it, it was sitting outside, and I go in and his wife is telling me no, go away, like not welcomed. Well I need help loading it up. Where Dave messed up is, diagnose it ,then call the customer to see if they want to proceed with itSee he didn't call and give me the verdict, so he took it upon himself to repair it. . It's ashame to cause I've been there several times for my father's bobcat business with alternates and starters. Anyways that's my expirence with this guyBe direct with him. . After I call to see if it's been done, it wasn't all of a sudden at the end of that day he calls me with a price not the reason. . I also went to school with this guy.Service: Electrical

These guys are awesome Polite great customer service And they do an amazing job On rebuilding any type of electric motor alternator or starter. The go to place especially when you can't find one of those old style alternators or starters on older equipment.
