I wasn’t going to update but I feel like I have to, the pedicure it’s self was wonderful but my gel pedicure fell off today, 2 days after I got it done… so disappointing. My full set has no natural curve/apex of the nail and she cut me 3 times with the drill. I won’t be returning or recommending. Sorry

Pampered Nails is the best ! Visited today for pedicure and nail fill . They just remodeled and it looks fabulous. New pedicure chairs are so comfortable. The service is always top notch .

I went in for a fill, after having them done at Pampered Nails. I was not happy with the first set I got, but wanted them filled at the same place. The first set, was done real fast, and I had sharp edges on the sides of my nails and the shape was not what I asked for. Yesterday I had the fill done. I'm 64 years old and I have been getting my nails done for years, I know how to relax my hand. The lady doing my nails kept twisting my hands telling me, relaxing, relaxing! I wanted the same color as before, but the lady told me that it wouldn't cover my nails evenly. I told her that I usually have them done black. That's when she told me, black is not for summer and directed me to the hot pink. I said I wasn't into those colors, remember, I'm 64. I chose the lightest pink so that's what I got. She didn't like the link that I wanted so she chose her own length to give me which was short. I like the coffin shape nails, square tip but a lot thinner than the average square tip, which requires a longer nail. End results, my nails look like crap!

Always enjoy going to Pampered Nails. All staff are very friendly and ensure you’re pleased with your desired service. I request Kelly whenever I go in, but have never had a bad experience with anyone. Kelly is a great choice as she always does a great job while laughing, joking, and having fun. Show her a picture of what you want and she’ll make it happen.

Kayla is Amazing, Professional, and it's the Best nail tech in Grass Valley by far. The whole staff and atmosphere is comfortable, friendly and relaxing. I would never use another location. If you want your nails done right come here

I like how my nails turned out, often takes wayyy longer than it should. I came in for a fill for my acrylics, said it would be $40, and I understand services costing extra, but I walked out with a $75 charge cause the French tip design was “too detailed”. I won’t be going back there.

My nails always turn out so pretty and last so long. I definitely go longer than I should between fills but they never break or fall off. Kayla always does so good on my art work and is so accommodating!

Looked very good but my nails hurt a lot after.
Almost anytime my nails touches something it made them hurt.

I’ve been getting my acrylic nails done at pampered nails for the past 6+ months. They are clean and professional. Kayla does an amazing job! My nails last 3 weeks between fills.
