Everything was fine with my appointment at the Dignity Health location, However the drop in location at Western Sierra Medical Center on old Tunnel rd. The receptionist has been rude 3 separate times and doesn’t abide by the rules of taking one in, if you are there on time for drop-ins. That is why I made an appointment at another location.

The appointment was fast. I check in online as I walked in hospital door. I got to blood draw waiting room. And was in a few minutes got called. excellent. And fast professional - draw didn't even hurt.

Great office and employees. Kinda a pain to get to. Annoyed that Quest tries to sell me labs via email, it seems that if I needed a lab my doctor would order it?

Quest’s appointment procedures are outstanding. I sat down in waiting room for no more than 30 seconds before I was called for my blood draw. The technician was friendly and and very talented which made for a quick and easy visit.

I scheduled an appt pnline and even though the waiting room was full when I arrived, I was taken in on time and the blood draw was done in less than 10 minutes.

I like the fact that Quest sends a text that you can click on saying you have arrived. This automatically puts your name on the board inside the office so your wait time is short.

Patricia is an excellent phlebotomist at the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Quest location I. Bldg. 4. She has this way of putting you at ease with her kindness and compassion and soothing voice. If you need to have your blood drawn, she’s the one you want to do it for an excellent experience.

I usually go to Sutter Lab but I can’t drive right now so I tried twice to being a urine specimen to Quest on Glasson in grass valley.
The first time they said I couldn’t come in because I didn’t have an appointment so I threw my urine sample away and got a friend to drive me today.
I got an appointment online. But when I got there they said they didn’t have my name on the list so I was turned away again I will never go there again

I showed up an hour early and they took me in right away. Excellent service and professional. Very clean facility
