This place is not as seen on the map, it’s at building 4 behind the hospital. After waiting in the lobby as directed by text for 25 minutes, I asked and found out the quest lobby is behind the main one. No receptionist here. Not sure if I missed my online appointment or not.

horrible experiences here. the lab techs often would make fun of me for having facial hair. um hello? I have a medical condition that causes it and that is none of your business. their system for making appointments is horrible and doesn't recognize names with special characters like hyphens and apostrophes. not to mention wait a while due to them being constantly understaffed. I'd avoid this place if you want to be treated with decency

Went to the Quest Diagnostics in the hospital complex. It was quick in, quick out. I was on time and they were on time. Shout out to Lisa who assisted me that day. She was friendly and professional.

It's an absolute shame that this business has the monopoly in laboratory services in this county because how they're even allowed to run the way they do is incomprehensible. The last three doctor's I've had, all different ones, have said "if you go to any quest laboratory they will have the orders I sent and they will complete them as ordered." They never once had. Today, after being told by a new doctor that they would have the labs they didn't have them, or maybe they couldn't pull together the brain cells to try and find them.Eventually I did found them in the app I can use to contact my doctor, when I was informed that in order for them to complete the order they needed to be printer. I asked if it would be possible for me to use their printer, and before I even finished the question I was cut off by "no we're not allowed to do that" the receptionist was smarmy and haughty, almost as if she was proud that she wasn't able to offer even a hair of help. They told me I could go to a local business and have them printed, and that I could come back and get service on the same day IF there were appointments available through the online scheduling service through the end of the day, which obviously there wasn't. I was frustrated. I am frustrated. They're the only option o have to get lab work done and they're smarmy and catty and unhelpful and dusfunctional but they don't care because they're employed.

Making an appointment was ridiculous. The web site ran me in circles to make an appointment for a blood test for my 99 year old mother. When I did, after several attempts, your program would not recognize my email addresses. It then froze! Nothing accomplished! No appointment! Why can't we just walk in and get a blood test? We use to be able to without an appointment.I tried over the phone but Bruce said to do it on line and would no long assist me for an appointment for a simple blood test.

I arrived at 6:45 a.m. for fasting bloodwork on a Thurs. Stood in line only to find out I needed an appt. Earliest they could get me in was next Tuesday! I drove around the corner to Labcorp, got it done, no line, no appt., no waiting. Labcorp is my new lab.

Checked in for my appointment but according to their system I did not have one. So I was told to make another appointment and would be squeezed in as early as possible. Waiting for one hour 1 hr 45min just to find out that my bloodwork request had not been forwarded by Yuba docs. This should have been checked when I first spoke to check in person bit she was overwhelmed because a tech had called in sick and they were an hour behind schedule. Quest need to have a system in place when you check in to confirm that bloodwork orders are in. Not make you wait nearly two hours to find out there is no order. I was told to call Yubadocs and have them fax it in. Yubadocs said they gave me that at check out. Which they did not and she never offered to fax it in. So am am so frustared that I will not return for bloodwork. I would rather suffer in pain before I go back to this poorly run business. Quest needs to get their shot together and make it more user friendly for the elderly that struggle with their online appointment system. This was what I observed while waiting. The elederly being told to wait for hours because thwir phone appointment was never made. This is the worse customer experience I have ever observed in the medical field. Instead of helping people they are giving them the run around.

Quest is a perfect example of why for-profit medicine is a bad idea. Customer service is horrible, they don't worry about their patients/customer's needs, it's only about their drive for profits. I've gone to another provider and they are a huge improvement.

I brought my elderly mom that uses a walker to her lab appointment and was informed that I was at the wrong quest. I asked if there was any way we could do her labs at Glasson way because of her disabilities and they told me no.Went to Lab Corp and we were in and out the the service was great!!

Staff is wonderful, all the employees are great. It doesn't seem to help to have an appointment. When I went for my last appointment there was a 45 minute wait.

Worse business ever .....made a online appointment for lab work for the day after thanksgiving ....got several text messages confirming my appt and arrived there come to find out they were closed ......I drove 90 minutes from a relative's house to make my appointment.....someone dropped the ball and that is very disappointing ......had to give 1 star but definitely not even worth that.........forgot to mention that the website also says appointments are recommended but walk ins may be accommodated and I was willing to wait the first time I went a week prior to thanksgiving and when I showed up the very rude receptionist told me I HAD to have an appointment ......I guess everyone can blame COVID now for bad customer service ....rude people and wrong information being given out
