Says there’s access till 10 but I’m never able to get in with the code they provided me . The new lady that runs it need to be fired, she put a lock on our empty storage unit when we first got it so we had to drive all the way to Penn valley to get a key to unlock our storage unit. I assume she’s also the reason we can’t get in at 9 and she’s never in the office so we can’t get a gate key

I rented at a storage and U-Haul bought it. My card on file went out of date , no letter, no contact, they foreclosed my unit. Tried to call and no one to talk to! Kept getting referred to on line services. It was impossible to navigate. Very disappointing, I will never spend another penny with any U-Haul service.

Great setup, rodent protection devices set up and newer, clean units.. gate locks at 10 PM and opens at 6AM. It will lock you inside. Pamela has always been great to me and made sure any concerns were addressed. Affordable as well.

Used to be a great place when it was called "Superior Storage" new owners jacked up the prices and barely answer the phone. Expect a high bill whenever you try to leave, with late fees due to them not answering and a extra 2 months at a higher rate than before. :(

Just got a unit here, and it's been a wonderful experience. Jim, the on-sight manager has been great to work with, over the phone and then in person as well. There was a complication with the card used for payment and he stuck through to figure the solution out. Very personable and helpful, and going the extra mile seems to be his approach to managing the units. I'm physically disabled from an automobile accident, so a bunch of little things can really add up in getting through a day. It means a lot when folks go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care and have everything I need. Thanks for the great service Jim!

I use to pay $45 for a small, thanks to some new paint and a new gate I now pay $60. I’d love to pay $50 because that feels fair. Last month I got a letter saying I now get the honor of paying $70. This looks like a perfect reason to get rid of stuff I don’t use and move out but thanks to the super kind and friendly lady that manages, maybe we won some sort of rent control. Jen I think is her name, is so fun and cool that I’ll probably stay. I don’t know what kind of corporate greed has taken over our sweet mountain town storage facility but I hope they get a clue.
