I was a little nervous after reading the other reviews, but I had a great experience. Everyone from the phone to the front desk to the doctor was friendly. Dr Thomas seemed very knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

Had to kinda fight, tooth & nail getting my appointment with Medi-Cal however, in the end, the folks at SVME certainly went around parameters and reached extra miles for me so I am overwhelmingly grateful to this facility and it’s staff.
