The Staff at the location are competent and responsive. Management however has no concern for the renters. For instance, why did the rent just go up... AGAIN? My service is not better, the grounds need little or no attention. YET, my rent has increased by about 17%. Why - inflation? No... not even close. Is it because Management says... raise the rent 17% - they won't move out? That is NOT good service to me. That type of behavior over the years is why I cannot give this group a positive rating. The staff Great! Management - boooo.

Spring Hill Self Storage is clean, well-maintained, and very easy to rent from. The whole process was straightforward, and Dave made it even better—he was friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions clearly. Great experience overall!

Very clean and secure facility. David Dixon is a real life superhero! Much stronger than Superman, slightly smarter than Batman, however, not better than Spider-Man, because Spider-Man can shoot webs and climb walls and swing from building to building. But what David CAN do, is save you money on your next storage unit! And he will do it with a smile, much like Captain America wielding Mjolnir for the first time and seeing the defeated look on Thor’s face. If you’re looking for storage units at 2012 Avengers level prices, look no further than StoragePro in Grass Valley. Take that, Thanos! Not even Bruce Banner could break into this facility with its top of the line security. Looking to be the envy of the entire Wakandan nation, StoragePro is there for you! What better way to keep your belongings safe from a Chitauri invasion than locking them all up in a StoragePro Unit. David and StoragePro will keep your things safe long after Thanos has snapped half of all living things into oblivion. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been having a hard time adjusting, and I couldn’t just shake it off. There’s been a blank space where good storage options should be. And then my friend told me “I know places” and I was like, bet. Storage pro is the loml!! I want to be defined by the things that I love, and I love STORAGE PRO!! David Dixon is THE MAN!! The sun burns my heart and every other storage faculties prices hurt my feelings! I thought I could do it with a broken heart, but now I don’t have to!! And it felt like a fortnight, but I finally found storage pro and my cheating husband may have disappeared, but no one asks any questions here. I know my very personal belongings are very safe during my countless trips to FLORIDA!!!! Look what every other storage facility made me do!! And I’m not on my own kid. I’m sorry other storage facilities can’t come to the phone right now, why? Cause they’re dead!! August slipped away like a moment in time but their prices didn’t!!

I feel so safe from a potential breach. I got it all at a discount. Every other place in town makes me feel like garbage but storage pro gives me more than just 20%. And when the night has fallen, abandoned by the Sun, my belongs are more secured than downstairs in the cellar where I used to hide them. This town is an island of violence, but David Dixons loyalty is in pen. Wait who’s the new kid? I don’t know but he’s cool too. The whole place is lavish, a style I haven’t seen in a while. And I’m a little softer than I used to be, chivalry, they didn’t misplace my reservation. What this place has, well, they call it center mass and that’s what I aim for!! Theres no overcompensating here! When your hometown is in the dark David Dixon is the light. His song may never be on the radio but he’s just along for the ride unlike all the heathens in this town. It’s the few, the proud, and the storage pro!!

Dave is the best! He helped me figure out what size unit I would need and made moving so much easier. The facility is well maintained and I appreciate all the security. Seriously, go see or call Dave.

It's a little thing, but very annoying. They sent the wrong instructions for entering the facility: #nnnnnn* instead of *nnnnnn#. I'm glad someone was in the office to help out. Wouldn't be so bad except they have known about this and haven't fixed it.

This is a well-run operation, with friendly, helpful staff. But it is extremely expensive, and the prices increase every year.

Dave at Springhill has been the best facility manager I have ever met (at any facility, anywhere and I have used several non-Storage Pro places in the past). Dave has been the manager for many years, and at times we have had 3 large units, needed for example when we did a 4.5 year rebuild of our home. Recently (spring 2025) we were able to rent another unit for just 3 months. I can highly recommend Springhill Storage, Dave and his well-trained crew, without reservation!
