My mail lady must be on vacation. She always gets 5 stars. Just watched a sub who be bothered with stopping to pick up mail even though the flag is up. And just how many days is it acceptable not to deliver a person's mail? So far this week we're up to three consecutive days with no mail and one more delivery day left. I've had to call before after not receiving my mail after a week. Funny, the next day there's 30 pieces of mail in the box. Good thing I'm not waiting for anything important, but how would they know.

Super rude customer service, called to ask a simple question because I rescheduled the delivery. Didn’t know that I would not be receiving my item unless I called, the woman claimed that they had too many packages and could not re-deliver thankfully I called or I would not of known this. Have been waiting on this package for a week and a half now. A tip would be to call if you haven’t received your package just to make sure they’re not holding it there if you’re thinking you’re getting a re-delivery. A tip for them would to be to call the people to let them know that they’re unable to re-deliver packages instead of leaving them without knowing??

We bought a house in GV last year & I can't believe how horrible our postal service is. We are constantly getting others packages. Im having to drive around our neighborhood to deliver them to my neighbors. I don't mind meeting our new neighbors but it's Covid times & folks don't want strangers showing up at their door. I've called to complain but nothing has changed. My whole neighborhood is so annoyed w/our post lady. We all wish we could get a new one that would actually do her job.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I swear EVERYTIME I try to get something delivered to my in laws they give me a date of expected delivery and even says out for delivery but then I go all the way out there, waisting my gas and wait all day long for them to turn around and tell me it'll be a couple days. WHY GIVE ME A DATE OF DELIVERY THEN?!?! I hate that it's everytime and swear I hate everything you guys do. You never do anything right, never on time, never even by your own policies. Stop ruining literally everything I have planned!!

By far the worst experience we have ever had with USPS. The following happens constantly; packages delivered to wrong address, wrong packages delivered to our address, items are claimed to have attempted delivery when their was no attempt, items are too heavy for carrier (have a different carrier delivery item them). The list goes on and on and on. In past experiences, (larger cities) our interactions have always been efficient, professional, pleasant and more importantly customer service oriented. The general feeling is that this is a tiny rural town and run as if the Federal rules don't apply, when in fact this is a service. Unfortunately, our neighbors confirm this is how it has been for a long time. Management has been notified and the replies are essentially 'we're union, deal with it.'

Been here 16 years at the same residence. I've received two notices that they've tried to a package to our address but was undeliverable. We've been here CONTINUALLY since the Covid crisis began in February. We also have a dog that barks when anyone comes onto our driveway. No One Has Been Here To Deliver The package. They also emailed a notice that it was being held at our local post office "at customer's request." I've never requested a package be held at the post office if it was undeliverable. Tried Several times to call the post office but, like always, after listening to the recorded stock message that ends with something about holding until the next agent becomes available, it goes to the standard busy signal. This has gone on for Years. Terrible.

I moved a while back and made a change of address with the post office. I can't tell you how many times the very nice woman who bought our house had to call us and tell us we had mail there. When I contacted the post office they almost blew me off and the problem continues to this day. In my new house they won't let me give the gate code to them to open the gate.The manager almost proudly told me "we don't do that." Can you believe somebody would brag about not doing something? And I waited 20 minutes in line the other day while the one person on the counter waited on people. There were at least two people in the back room I could see but they couldn't be bothered with opening up another window.

We are new to the area and today I needed to send an express letter. I stood in line and watched as the heavy-set mail clerk treated EVERYONE like they were a MAJOR inconvenience to her. Needless to say, I was treated no differently. It was disgusting and sad to watch. Her supervisor needs to get a grip on her NOW! She absolutely should not be allowed around other humans. She has no respect for her job (which she's lucky to have) or anyone for that matter. These words are falling on deaf ears I'm sure. Looks like people have been complaining for years! DO SOMETHING!!!

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Outdated system, worthless management, angry & unsympathetic employees who couldn't care less if you actually get your mail or packages. How hard is it to deliver a package to the address shown on the damn label? Not hard unless you are one of these morons apparently. Time to clean house and eliminate this entire business. SHUT IT DOWN!!!! As tax payers we are paying through the nose for this service/government business, and getting ripped off!!! Let a private business like UPS or Fed EX take over. Enough already. I'm tired of paying for shit service. Everyone do yourselves a favor and pay all your bills online, eliminate as much as you can of your dependence on this dog shit government run shit show.

WORST POST OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES!! Constantly losing packages or stealing them. Super lazy, will NEVER, not once, redeliver when requested. Refuse to bring my mail to my house if it doesnt fit in their tiny boxes when my house is about 1.5 miles away AND they drive by our street and past us to deliver to other houses. This makes no sense!!! AMAZON NEEDS TO DUMP THE USPS FOR GOOD! LET THEM SINK!!

Checkers are the rudest people under the sun. Got scolded for trying to help and take our stuff out of the basket. Got scolded again for asking a question about the sandwich stamp cards. Got scolded and dirty looks while checking out with this one checker. He should be fired and not allowed to work anywhere where he has to interact with the public for everyone's sake.

Rude is about the best I can say. My daughter bought a bagged salad and when she brought it home the bag was full of air. I told her she needed to take it back. When she did the cashier in the express lane said okay but he wouldn't do it again and that it was our fault. That they never had an issue with the food that left the store. We spent over $100 and it was a bagged salad for gosh sakes. Anyway I tried to explain that she brought it straight home (20 mins). He wouldn't listen.

I have lived at my address for 22 years & never had a problem with getting my mail, but in the last 2 years packages have been either lost or given to the wrong address over 20 times. The postmaster was no help. By this time some action should've been taken by the postmaster with my carrier. Couple days ago they lost another package and tracking said it was delivered. They still cannot find it. I lost out on money & my item!

Where is my package it had tracking and shows the box arrived at your post office and NEVER LEFT!!! It's been over a month and still no package maybe someone at your crummy post office should bend over and take a look where they lost my package. Incompetent or did some worker swipe it????
