Do not choose this pharmacy. Even if they are short staffed, they are not efficient. There's a time to chat with each other and a time to work. If you receive a transfer request from another pharmacy, because you don't have the prescription, check your fax!! Oh...and answer your phone. I'm tired of hearing, "...we just can't get people to work." Close down if you can't do business efficiently!!

Stay away from this store. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff are rude even when you are nice to them. Typically do not have my medication in stock. Getting your medicine typically takes at least 30 minutes if not more even when it is already. The people in line are always frustrated and irritable with how terrible the service is. Just avoid this place. Taking my business to a local pharmacy.

The fact that they’ve had a few days to fill a prescription that was sent over to them, then to start the process to fill it when you show up to pick it up? Then having to wait almost an hour? I get they’re understaffed but jeez. Use a different pharmacy.

What an incredibly horrid experience! Two days back my wife and I went in for our Covid vaccinations. We had advance appointments, filled out the their online forms, and brought in paper copies. We were on time and when we arrived there were only a few others in line. Well, this place turned out to be a real mess, totally disorganized, understaffed and incompetent. We were there for 2 1/2 hours! That was 2 hours waiting and another 30 minutes for them them to correct their messed up paperwork. We had to send it back three times. Names, address, and phone numbers were wrong, even though we brought the correct information on our paperwork. The manager assured us they were doing everything in their power to move things along, but shortly thereafter another employee confided in me that they were purposefully double-booking. So what does that say about this corporation's ethics? We will NEVER shop there again. By the way, a friend of ours went through a similar experience at a Walgreens in Michigan...

Exceptionally understaffed. Please use a different pharmacy. Have been on hold for hours before it times out because they are not answering the phones.Just talked to two people who each had to transfer the call and was placed on hold and the third person picked up and hung up immediately. I was just trying to get an updated time, since it was delayed, originally estimated to be ready yesterday.I've had to just go into the store as its the only way to talk to somebody days after the original estimated pickup date because I can't get through by phone and wait in a 45min line twice.One time did get through by phone and was told it'd be ready soon. Showed up hours later and waited in line again. It wasn't ready. Waited for it to be ready and then waited back in line again.Staff are generally great and doing their best.

This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had, and I sometimes wonder how an operation that is so poorly managed is allowed to keep being involved in the administration of people’s medications. They are consistently late filling recurring prescriptions, take forever to fill new ones, and do not answer their phones. I have literally lost countless hours of my life waiting on hold only to be hung up on, or waiting in line at the pharmacy (as that is the only way to get anything from them). I’m currently having issues transferring my prescription to the CVS because they keep auto-filling my scrip despite one of their team members assuring me that they canceled it after I made them do it infront of me (though they were clearly wrong or lied). If you do one favor for yourself this week, take your business to literally any other local pharmacy.

Waited on hold for 45 minutes with the most obnoxious repeating loop of a robot saying sorry every 45 seconds. Then someone answered the phone and shouted into it like he was on the intercom and hung up on me. My girlfriend just got out of surgery. What a mess

Sure, they keep saying they are understaffed. But I need a pharmacy that's going to work with me and that has enough staff. I waited on the phone over 2 1/2 hours only to get disconnected. I called back waited a half an hour and that was long enough for me and I hung up. I cannot ever get a hold of anybody by calling them. It's very difficult to me to get there physically as I am disabled. When my husband goes to pick up my prescriptions, there's at least 10 to 12 people in line He has waited over an hour before in line to pick it up.I have had to wait over a week for a controlled substance for my pain. My doctor called it in a week ago and they didn't get it ready until one week later! This is happened time and time again! I'm going to try another pharmacy, hopefully I'll have better luck.

I usually don’t leave reviews, let alone bad ones. However, I’m shocked at how rude the woman at the cash register was being to me. I don’t think it’s necessary to talk down to someone asking for a copy of their receipt. It was a very strange reaction on her part. Thank goodness for the manager who was pleasant and helped me.

I mainly go here for prescriptions, and while sometimes the wait might be long, the staff are fantastic: helpful, considerate, and professional. :)

The pharmacy at this store is a disorganized train wreck. The drive up window is a 1 hour wait, when you pull up to the window it is a minimum of a 5 minute wait to be acknowledged. As I wait, I get to look at the window, which I tell myself over and over, to bring windex and clean the window off, I do not think it has ever been cleaned. Who ever manages this store needs to get everyone more organized, take pride in the outside as much as the inside. A 20 minute drive to Auburn and it is a very organized store.
