I’ve been here over a decade. Well managed, reasonably priced for Marin, ample storage, quiet, and centrally located to shopping, dining, recreation, hospitals, banking, ferry, and the 101.

Well taken care of and lots of options at the shopping center, super clean and play areas for the kids. Not economically friendly.
