Wow what can I say, I needed so much hand holding as a first time buyer. Sharron was everything we could ask for and much more. She is so compassionate and capable that I sometimes feel like I am talking to a trusted friend and a social worker. She is so prompt at taking calls or getting back to me. She thinks three steps ahead and wastes no time. She heard our needs loud and clear and doesn’t recommend something vague that won’t work.At one stage we thought we will have to rent as our landlord needed to sell, so we only had a month to move out. Sharron even helped us to look into rentals.I could not recommend Sharron highly enough. She is a capable realtor with a heart of gold!

Sharron Daeley is fantastic, in part because she's fun to be around. Smart and funny, politically liberal, zen-minded and interested in the world. But then when it comes to the business of real estate she is, well, all business--which is exactly what we wanted. Very knowledgeable (good--since we are not), sharp and speedy. When it came to actually, finally buying a house, we felt like she was not just helping us with paperwork but really being our advocate. Highly recommended.

My wife and I are first time home buyers in Marin and we are very particular about what we're looking for. We found Sharron through a friend and she has been patient, thorough and friendly through the entire process. She's not just someone who helps with the transaction, she's really been there on the ground with us looking at houses and evaluating them on many fronts: how much it matches what we've described, how sound it seems as a structure, its resale value. She has a sense of humor for when it comes in handy and the ability to track down information quickly and thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend Sharron to anyone looking for a real human being with experience and skills to help buy or sell a house in Marin.

As a new buyer in Marin I was uncertain about so many aspects of owning a house as I come from a long line of renters, however I was one to seize an opportunity and have a feeling for timing. It seemed like this was the right time to buy a house. I'm the kind of person who likes to do every thing himself,( well almost); however home buying is wrought with so many issues i could not give myself the necessary education within the needs of the rest of my life. Lucky for me I connected with Sharron Daeley through a friend's referral. Sharron is not only a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker in Greenbrae with over 21 years experience but also a licensed therapist and registered nurse. Sharron brings her warmth, compassion, wisdom, and skill into all her interactions. This includes not only towards yourself, but with the seller, the sellers agent, the inspectors, the loan officers, your family and your friends. I felt so taken care of by Sharron in this major life event. Sharron would often ask, " is it your dream house" ; and how does it look after viewing for a 2nd and 3rd time. She would point out the problems with the house and issues you had no clue about. She would steer you away from a property if it had too many problems or you were not the right person for that ownership. At times she would talk you out of a house if it was in too poor condition and you were not aware of the problems your were getting in to. She would have you anticipate how home ownership would change your life. She would have you consider the financial obligation necessary for the ownership. She has vast resources to help you steer through this purchase. This incudes loan officers, real estate consultants, inspectors etc. She would take you to the building inspectors office to search the history on a house and help you figure out the ownership issues particular to your property. And at the end of the day I understood the issues that I needed to worry about and only took on the ones I knew I could handle.I trusted Sharron and knew i was in good hands. It would have been much harder to got hrough with this purchase if it was not for her caring guidance and support. thank you Sharron
