“After calling 4 tow companies to get diesel delivered. This gentleman came from 1hr away.. he charged me $240 dollars for 5 gallons of diesel delivered. 40 dollars off he said . I was a little bitter at first but I understood.. when no one came he did and lesson learned. I don't usually put my self in this situation but I did. Thanks”

“Buy with confidence! Ben was our salesman, and we couldn't have asked for a better guy! He did SO much to accommodate us! We bought a 2019 GMC Acadia. We took it for a short test drive, and it drove fine. We also bought the extended warranty offered by Soledad Auto Sales. Within a couple of days after we bought the car, I noticed it was shifting oddly, and the car would shutter with shifting. I also noticed that the temperature gauge stayed cold. I called Ben, and he said to bring it in and they would check it out. On my way there, the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air! They checked it out and discovered the thermostat was bad, so they changed it free of charge. Now the temperature gauge worked and the air conditioner worked. But the shifting was still weird. I tried to ignore it, but I knew something was wrong. After a couple more days, we called Ben again, and he felt really bad that we were having these problems. He offered to take the car to the GMC dealer and have them check it out at no charge and that Soledad Auto Sales would pay to have it fixed. It was a very generous offer. But I wanted an independent transmission shop to check it out, not the dealer. I asked about the warranty we had purchased, and Ben said we could use that warranty anywhere we wanted. So we took the car to a reputable transmission shop that has been in business for over 60 years. They checked everything out, and sure enough, there was a problem with the transmission. The transmission shop said that they do warranty work all the time, and they would see what our warranty would cover. The transmission shop was very surprised at what a good warranty it was, and they said it was actually the best warranty they had ever seen! AND, the warranty people were very friendly and professional (usually they're jerks). My transmission needed to be rebuilt, and the transmission shop rebuilt the whole thing way better than the original faulty transmission. It was over $8,000, but I only had to pay my deductible of $100! I am SO glad that I got that warranty - and so glad that Soledad Auto Sales offers such a fantastic warranty! It's scary buying a used car. You never know what could go wrong with it. But Ben was always helpful, and did everything he could to help us and make things right. I'm really enjoying my car now, and I'm so happy that the problems have all been taken care of! I will be very confident to buy another vehicle from Soledad Auto Sales!”

“A family member had a small accident, and these guys had to tow the car away, with the personal items. Jesus in the office along with Fabian(?) were very helpful and went above and beyond to help get the items back to the owner, right after closing time. I don't know if Jesus is the owner or not, but he and his team sure acted that way.”

“My experience here was fantastic! :D My car's windshield was chipped in several places, and King City Glass was able to fix it not only very soon after identifying what needed fixed, they fixed the windshield in a very timely manner. Also, the prices were far more reasonable than some of the big name brands; it didn't feel like I was signing away my life's savings to get the chips fixed like the estimate I got elsewhere. The staff were all very polite and friendly as well. To top it all off, the work done on my windshield itself was well-done; one of the chips on my windshield was very noticeable--I was worried it'd turn into a larger issue, but now I can hardly even find where it was (I've got dust and dirt on the car more visible than the fix), and I'm pretty sure the only reason I can find it is because I'd memorized looking at that spot in particular while I was stressing about getting it fixed. I'll definitely be calling up King City Glass if I ever need any other glass work done.(One thing to note: Google does have their address wrong as of the time of this review--they've moved from 600 Broadway. I'd recommend calling; they're good about answering the phone to answer any questions you may have, about location or anything else.)”

“Huge shoutout to Leyva’s Towing Inc. for their quick response and outstanding service during a stressful situation! Over Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, we were on a road trip from Sonoma County to San Luis Obispo when we got a flat tire. We initially reached out to Tesla Roadside Assistance and AAA, but after waiting for nearly an hour with no help in sight, we were lucky enough to have Highway Patrol stop to check on us.
