This branch overrall is ok, but Manager will not go out of his way -sorta speak to help his clients.... went Salinas branch instead, much better! I felt like my loyalty with them means nothing, at least in this branch.

Always in and out quickly, and I never have an issue here. I guess whenever these other folks come in, they must catch the tellers and or staff at a bad time! Granted, I just moved back in December, so I haven't had the full extent of their service yet I suppose. I do hope I continue getting great service from this branch. I really like that they have a commercial line, so that makes things a bit easier.

Visited this branch on my road trip to Monterey. The tellers are very friendly. I went into this branch at a slow time so I didn't experience a wait; however, even if I had, I noticed all of the employees in this branch greeted me with a welcoming and professional smile. To minimize my need to go into a bank branch I use the mobile phone deposit option that Wells Fargo offers and I also have direct deposit. I recommend anybody who has use of technology to welcome the 21st century and use alternative banking methods so you minimize your visits to the branch.

Long line and 1-2 tellers available almost every time i go in to make a deposit, but some of the employees are friendly.

Really bad service. only things this branch is useful for is for depositing/withdrawing money. tellers and business "specialist" either cant or wont help you with simple stuff. On two occasions I've been directed to call for assistance because they couldn't help on just ordering checks.

I'm so sick of dealing with this area's stupidity, incompetents and horrible customer service! You would think a chain like Wells Fargo would have thier act together, NOPE! all we get in Greenfeild is a big fake smile and intrusive questions. Here is a thought branch manager, how about you cut the B.S and train your employees to do thier job. If you have to go here you will get faster and more helpful service from the ATM. what i tried to do in person took me 20 mins with no results. The ATM did it in 1 min.
