“As a widow it can be hard to find people that are willing to help an older woman. I am new to the area and moved to Cool after my husband died to be close to my family. The owner and manager of this facility were wonderful. They were also very patient with me teaching me how to work the gates locks and the door to my locker. I am very pleased with these folks and you will be too. I can drive right up to my unit. The parking lot is very clean with lots of security cameras. i feel very safe here.”
